We have an excellent stay at Bob W Arte. The facilities provided were spotless, the staff courteous and attentive when required. It’s located within 5 mins walk of a super market, across the road from a food market, and within 10 mins walk of 3 Metro Stops. There’s a good coffee shop just next door and a couple of decent places to eat close by. It’s provided us with a good snap shot of Madrid living. Getting around Madrid was easy too.

Great location, central but quiet Loved the concept of having the quality of a hotel but with the convenience of an apartment. For a work trip this is ideal, I used the gym pass that was included and also very convenient to have a washing machine, cooking options etc.
