This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!

"Veneza Portuguesa "na Ria Centrum smartresidence

Apartamento perfeitamente renovado com extremo bom gosto e qualidade . Estava bem equipado com tudo o que era necessário para uma excelente estadia . Da janela do quarto onde ficamos, víamos com muito agrado a ponte da amizade , com as suas lindas fitas coloridas. Aveiro é uma cidade muito bonita e tranquila . O Sr. Pedro foi um anfitrião excepcional. Fomos muito bem recebidos e deu- nos bastante dicas interessantes , para além de nos falar acerca da história do edifício onde é hoje a RIA CENTRUM Smart Residence. Recomendo vivamente .

More than exquisite

Our communication with the hostess was very enjoyable. We got all the information we could dream of and more. Upon our departure she even contacted us in order to drive us to the station. Claudia is really an incarnation of Portuguese hospitality and friendliness. Then the room was really very nice. Everything new and most tasteful. It should have considerably more than 5 stars. Lastly the location is as central as can be. Aveiro's charms right at hand.

First, the owners are fabulously communicative and helpful. Second, the property is almost brand new and is immaculate. It has everything you need to do moderate self catering. The area is central to everything and Aveiro is a very walkable city. We walked 4.5 miles the first day and hardly noticed. The public garden-10 minute walk from the property-are a must see. There are numerous restaurants within 2-6 minutes walks. There are also 3 very nice shops around the corner selling local arts and crafts. Indulge in a pastel bacalhau around the corner and visit the top patisserie also less than a minute away. We highly recommend this property for short or long stays.

Melhor aparthotel de Aveiro

Sem dúvidas a melhor estadia de Aveiro! Localização perfeita, bem ao lado do canal e do Shopping (eles chamam de fórum) Não tem estacionamento no local, mas bem próximo tem o estacionamento pago Apartamento hotel limpo, com todos os utensílios, tivemos a sensação de estar em casa! Sem contar a recepção da proprietária, muito gentil e simpática, nos deu todas as dicas da cidade!

Wonderful property in a great location. Pedro had great suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. Tourist area is just across the canal (5 min walk). Go to Ferreira Colchete for breakfast. Bacalhau & Afins and Salpoente for dinner. Visit the Arte Nova and take a boat ride on the canals. Parking garage is just across the street but there is free parking on the far side of the tourist area (10 min walk).

Très bel hébergement, situé au centre d'Aveiro, avec sur le canal. Pour 2, un studio avec lit double très confortable, salle d'eau (douche, lavabo, wc), et une cuisine complète très bien équipée. Logement neuf. Excellent accueil des propriétaires (ce n'est pas un hôtel). 2ème sans ascenseur.

Great location

The welcoming staff were superb. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our four day stay. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Walk out the door, cross the street , and you're in the middle of town! You'd never know you're so close to everything because the rooms themselves are so quiet. Plenty of nearby restaurants from which to select.
