This place was very nice. The Manager was kind and helpful. Upon entering I could smell bleach and that was perfect because it meant than the disinfected the apartment. The Island was beautiful and I had lots of place to prepare meals.

The trip was for a sad occasion but the quiet of the property along with the friendly conversation with the staff made things lighter. Parking is easy and the quarters are spacious and well organized.

I appreciated the are of checking in via the app. Parking was great. The kitchen came with one pan, one sauce pan with a lid, one spoon, a pair of tongs, colander, drink ware, and silverware. You have the option to bring your own dish towels, cleaning products, etc.

This was a nice property to stay at for our family vacation. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, the staff was very kind and the room setup itself was good for the value we paid. Our only complaint was the room was didn’t meat out cleanliness expectations as much as we hoped. It wasn’t “dirty” or gross, there just were a few overlooked things mostly pertaining to amenities. The coffee pot in the room had large amounts of visible white mold; the shower was very clean but the shower curtain was moldy; and the floors appeared clean but after walking around bare foot in the room both my husband, myself and toddler all had black feet. The room just didn’t smell fresh and clean when walking in; it held a musty scent. I ended up purchasing cleaning products and doing a quick run through to freshen up the rooms. After that it was much better. We were thankful to have the small kitchenette for our stay to cook meals if we chose to. The outdoor seating area was also very nice. Overall my only complaint was cleanliness.

Clean rooms. the staff was awesome! I just hope they have a lower floor available on my next visit as my husband is disabled and even with the elevator, he struggled getting our items in and out of the building. They always had a parking spot for disabled parking in front of the office that was opened. That was wonderful.Melanie was awesome as she was friendly and answered any questions we had.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were here for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean, I was very impressed by the staff. We had an issue with a family member that over indulged at the pre wedding celebration and the manager and staff treated our family member with much kindness and respect. I feel they were very empathetic and handled the situation in a very kind manner which deescalated the situation. Thank you for your empathy and understanding.
