Property was clean and nice. I wish there were a table and chair to do work. Also a wall mounted tv would’ve been nice too.

Location was convenient, at a walking distance to a JR station. Room was too small for two guests, we could not even walk around the beds. Our room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator available to carry our heavy luggage.

写真よりやや暗めだった事と建物自体の古さが気になったもののおおむね良かったです。調理することができるものの購入した物が保存して置けるところがちょっと狭かったかなと思いました。ランドリーありましたが　乾燥機で少し乾きにくかった物をちょっと干したかったのですがどこに干したらいいのか困りました。最寄りの駅は徒歩圏内で移動にはとても便利だったと思います。

フロントの方の接客がとても丁寧でした。部屋が5階でエレベーターが無かったので、少し大変でしたが、部屋は比較的清潔で何より料理器具が充実していたのにはびっくりしました！また周辺に用事がある時は利用させていただくと思います。

価格と施設・サービスの品質が微妙

ワンルームマンションを改築してホテルにした施設でした。駅から若干離れているものの徒歩圏でしたし、比較的リーズナブルな価格だったのでお世話になりました。 フロントサービス時間が限られているなど、サービスは最低限ですが、大変丁寧な対応で不便はありませんでした。 一方で、(少なくとも今回利用した)部屋の設備が老朽化しており価格に見合ったものとは言い難く感じました。例えば、壁のコンセントが焦げていて怖くて使えませんでしたし、冷蔵庫が置かれているシンク下の棚は底が抜けており、グラグラして扉の開け閉めも慎重さが必要でした。 建物の古さはどうしようもないですが、ちょっとした修理や設備の更新で解決できる不具合は、ぜひ対応していただきたいと思いました。それさえ解決していれば、コンビニは近いし自炊も可能であり、次もお世話になりたいと思います。

利用した感想

建物は古さを感じたけど、清潔感もあり値段の割りに良かったです。ただ窓を全開したけど閉まらなかった。夜は寒かった…。開けたのを後悔しました。不満はそこだけです。
