Price was good but nonrefundable and I should have read reviews first. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Just creepy and dirty and amenities very poor.

Worst hotel.

It was the worst stay I ever had. The place was locked, I had to go to the adjoining hotel to check in. There were no pillow cases and the sheets looked like they were slept in, hair on sheets. There was no staff in the place.

Horrible Super 8 in Darien, near Rochester.

Horrible, with us paying the highest rate ever. We never have paid this high nightly rate before and never had this worst experience.

The room was dirty and smelt awful. We had a non smoking too. Which smelt of stale smoke and mould. The pillows didn’t have covers, no opportunity to even open a window.

The property looked abandoned. We had to enter a nicer hotel out back to get our room key in the dark and dingy hotel out front. Our room hadnt been cleaned and their were squatters in our original room. The lady at the desk was nice and offered yet another room who wants to change rooms mulitple times after traveling for hours especially when u have to walk to the building out back to get to the desk

My husband is a retired firefighter. He has taken many classes on fire inspection and if we had anywhere we else to stay we would have. You have grounded (3 prong plugs) plugged into non grounded outlets ! The microwave was plugged into a plug on a lamp which was then plugged into a wall! You are lucky you don’t have a fire

This was a very old run down hotel. There were water damage stains from the cieling down the wall, along with a toilet that moved when you sat on it. There were no towels,when we called the front desk for towels there was no answer. I went and looked for employee that took us about 20 mintues to find one, when we asked for towels they told us there was no more available and said they did not have house keeping that day. I went and bought bleach to clean the tub and areas of the room because of the dirt in the shower and bath tub. Overall was not the best experience staying. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not a place to stay for more than 1 night

I can't recommend this hotel, unless you and your rowdy friends want to have a hotel party. Heres why 1. Check in was at a different hotel...apparently owned buy the same owners 2. TV was small, didn't work, remote didn't work, 3. Room had falling paint, from the ceiling smashed into the carpet. 4. Lots of gross black hairs left on the toilet and shower (not clean bathroom) 5. No free shampoo, two bars of soap and a bottle of hand lotion thrown on the sink 6. No refrigerator 7. Microwave sitting on the floor 8. Clock didn't work 9. Old gross velvet blanket, which I'm sure wasn't washed 10. Free breakfast was a joke 11. Couldn't understand what the clerk was saying after waiting for him for 10 minutes before checking in. He was a nice person, i just couldn't understand him 12. The room smelled dirty and gross

The person (man) at the front desk was rude. It was not clean at all. Old bed sheets, broken, not sufficient toilet paper for five persons. When entering the room, the toilet had some excrement from other clients. Completely bad impression. They brought an extra bed, and the sheets looks like they weren't clean at all. Very bad cleanliness sensation at all.

The hot tub was amazing! I have about 10 pictures that show how terribly disgusting the room was. sink was clogged, no socket covers. Rust water running down the wall. Mold on shower curtain/rust in tub. Hole in the ceiling. Door would not lock right had to prop iron board on it to fully close. Rugs were filthy. Bed cover stained and filthy. Jennifer and Amanda were amazing!

I want my money refunded was told I have to go through hotels.com this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever went to I went to room after checking in to find it in very deplorable manner immediately went back to desk and asked for a refund

Super 8 in Batavia, NY

We reserved a king smoking room. When we got there we had to wait for the girl to get to the desk for us to be able to check in. She gave us the room keys, only one worked. When we got to the room,it had not been cleaned. She gave us another room,was not a king,was a two double bed room. We have a queen at home. I didn't complain because it had been a long day and I was tired. The bathtub definitely either needs fixed or replaced. When I woke the next morning, I had three bug bites. Two on my back and one on my face. We didn't bring our bags in when we arrived home for fear of bringing bugs into our home. We will never stay there again.

The lobby was closed so we had to check in across the street at a sister hotel. The windows are disgusting everywhere. The lobby, the entrance doors, the rooms. I was actually surprised to have a clean comfortable room because at first glance this place looks BAD. It’s a 70/night hotel at best but I paid 120 because everything else was sold out.

Creepy place. No staff on property. All exterior doors unlocked. There's a note on the lobby door directing guests to the Days Inn next door to register. We decided not to stay because of the lack of security, only two other cars parked on site, and the weirdness of staying in an apparently empty building. Looks like the property is ready for renovation and the owner is trying to wring a couple extra bucks out of it.. Absolutely terrible for the franchise.
