Check-in process seemed a bit rigid... Elevators can be very slow. Suite was quite sound and light proof and included well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer so pretty useful if you want to diy it. Convenient location.

I had a 2 bedroom and absolutely love it..had all the convenience of home with a full kitchen and washer/dryer but the added bonus with a daily cleaning and full hotel amenities. There was plenty of food option and shopping right below the hotel so you would not have to venture outside if it's too cold. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back

The Oakwood is a residence hotel. I had stayed here before, and the experience was the same: a top-level hotel with nice amenities. The room was big and even had a washing machine. Recommend to anyone with an extended stay.

Amazing location for tourist. The room itself was fantastic and had all the amenities one would need on business or leisure travel. Easy access to the mall for any shopping, entertainment, or dining.
