The building and unit were quiet, with multiple dining options within walking distance—quick drive/rideshare to downtown and other attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable. The unit had a full-size washer/dryer, which was a nice convenience.

There was large chunks of black mold in the shower and clumps of hair left. The location is also very noisy along a very busy highway. Sleep was hard even with ear plugs and a sound machine. The pool was great and location good for walking.

5 STARS!!

We booked a day before, and the next day we got a text with how to enter the building and our room. It was really easy! Just have in mind that the address showed is not the address where the garage is located, and we ended up paying for parking because we just followed the signs, but got reimbursed by the 3 company. The apartment was soooo nice!! No noise, clean, and a really nice location!

A nice apartment but a bit worn.

A nice apartment but a bit worn and poorly cleaned. Unfortunately, the highway outside was very disturbing, lots of traffic all day long.

Great location which is easy walking to many local attractions, dining and grocery stores.Would have liked blackout curtains in the bedroom, the see-through blinds did not allow us to sleep in. A bit of road noise from the highway, however the ceiling fan provided good white noise. The unit could use a deep cleaning to remove the mold in the shower and dirt in the corners. The on-site gym was fabulous. Would stay here again when back in Nashville.
