The Springs Condominiums by Vail Resorts offers a convenient ski shuttle service; those who skip the slopes can take advantage of ski storage and ski passes. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a sitting area and a coffee/tea maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Springs Condominiums by Vail Resorts offers 40 accommodations with coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes dining tables. Pool Too Cold to Use

Our stay was so disappointing. We booked it solely to use the amazing pool they have, however it was barely heated and too cold to go swimming. What a waste of money. We asked them multiple times to turn up the heat and they pretended to but it the water temp never changed. There was only 1 small hot tub working, the other one was broken. Everyone we talked to also said they couldn’t go in the pool because it was too cold.

Very kid friendly with a playroom, games and a pool with a slide and kiddie pool area. Easy walk to the village. Unfortunately there's a massive construction project that is noisy. I'm sure when it's complete it will be beautiful but for the time being it's an eye sore. Since there's no AC in the building (which could've been better advertised) the windows needed to be open so you couldn't escape the construction noise. Additionally the dead bolt didn't work in our room.

Horror Story!!!

This is how nightmares are made. Room is 85 degrees. TV doesn’t work for the kids. Horrible mattress, here to bike tomorrow and my back is now broken. Horror story. We travel a lot and deal with a lot, this is the worse place I’ve stayed at in years. unit is terrible. Worse than bad experience other than the management company helping the best they can. Can’t put lipstick on a pig ya know…

Safety Quality Concerns - Terrible Cust Service

Check-in: Directions to the condos were very unclear. We had asked for GPS address, but it seems that was not possible to provide (strange). Unit code was incorrect which required a call back to the staff Safety: TONS of construction surrounding unit. Business did not disclose this at time of booking. Must drive on unpaved road to get into garage which seemed unsafe. Room Quality: no air conditioning in unit. Two of four windows did not have screens, nor did the balcony door. Cannot keep windows open at night because of this, and for safety of children. One of the windows could not open at all. Room was incredibly hot and nearly unbearable to sleep in at a night, let alone to relax during breaks in the day. Ceiling fan was covered in thick dust and sat right above master bed - did not turn on in fear of dust mites and other debris circulating the room without proper outside ventilation. Noise: Noise coming from a group of folks the pool was loud and obnoxious. With units lacking A/C - you cannot close windows to escape this. This made it difficult for children to fall asleep. Pool: Pool and all hot tubs were both less than room temperature and filthy. We checked out the very next day. When voicing my concerns to office manager - he was incredibly rude, questioned my decision to leave early due to the circumstances, refused to help me escalate for resolution outside his scope, and hung up on me. Customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. So disappointing.

Everything went well and easy to check in. We got there after hours and staff helped us accordingly. Satisfied with our stay and the view is amazing. Jacuzzi is perfect as well. We forgot to book an extra night and we were helped in a timely manner. Thank you!
