This place really cares about its appearance and does a good job of communicating too. Nice pool area. They really really do need more plugs or extension cords especially by the beds. People need to charge phones and laptops and crawling under beds to find a working outlet is not ideal. But it was good

Very quiet for busy neighborhood/street location. Safe and full of walkable options for coffee and dining and regular grocery items such as Whole Foods and Winn Dixie. Property is well maintained and pool area is very calming, serene, and perfect place to just unwind. Loved having seating both in and outside and having a quiet patio with BBQ.

Nice safe environment but a lot of the work looks not professionally done. The corking ariund the bathroom sing is horrible the baseboards needs to be replaced. It needs new paint on the walls

Great Space for our "home base"

This studio apartment was a great space for our "home base" on this trip but could use a little more room to hang clothes, instructions on use of TV & Air/Heating unit, and an update for the shower tile floor. The pool looked inviting but because our weather was cool, we did not use it. Great location for walking distance to shopping, buses & restaurants.

Arrived at the property and it did not look like the photos. I felt unsafe at this property as some of the doors looked like they were broken in and the lock boxes looked cheap. Found many hairs in the sheets and towels and left immediately. Only stayed in the room 10 minutes. Did not get refunded for the 1st night or the property fee. Do not recommend!!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. It’s set up so you can grill outside or cook inside. There’s everything you’d need for a stay in Florida - including beach towels. I loved everything about the place.

It was a great location, very accessible. Great amenities included at this stay. Staff/Maintenance was accommodating. Did have issues with a leak regarding the A/C unit which went on my luggage, also bathroom did end up clogging. Cleanliness of the bathroom was okay, did have to bring in disinfecting wipes to clean up the bathroom of marks on the floor.

Great little jungle room.

We had an amazing stay here. Relaxing and quiet place. Our room was just like they said it would be. Clean and cool. We enjoyed our walkway to our room. So beautiful and full of flowers and greenery. Like we were in our own little jungle. Be on the look out for the resadential iguana ❤️

Nice older hotel, just the right size so it is not busy, intersection on the corner is kinda busy/noisey. Nice pool, good for small families, lots of restaurants close by and a few grocery stores. Small hiccup checking in but they fixed things up for me within 30 minutes or so.
