    Decent stay

    The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of maintenance issues: one of the wine glasses was broken, and the fan was extremely loud. It was a good location, right next to public transit. It was a little expensive considering it was not a full service hotel and did not have full-time front desk, staff or daily cleaning.

    This was an ideal location for myself as I wanted somewhere quiet to stay and not be bothered by the noise of the City at night. The staff was friendly and spoke English (my German is poor). Has great transport links with a bus and a tram stop outside the building. As well as a Local shop with tin the building complex, for all you Groceries. The apartment was comfortable and came fully equipped if wanted to cook your own food. It also had a Laundry room, great to refresh for clothes if you are staying longer or travelling through. Overall a great experience.

    We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible.

    The check-in process was very easy. The apartment is spacious and nice and the kitchen has everything you need. Having a supermarket and a bakery right outside is very convenient, as well as the tram and bus stop which are just a few steps away.

    Pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was clean and convenient to where we needed to be. Loved that there was a grocery store downstairs and a coffee shop. We enjoyed it and would consider staying here again should our travels bring us back to Munich

    We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is good. There’s a very handy supermarket and bakery next door and bus and tram stops very close by. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with a tiny kitchen area and a small amount of kitchen utensils. But the main negative of our stay was the double bed which was up against the wall at one side which meant one of us had to literally crawl into bed! The apartment would be fine for a single person but wouldn’t recommend for a couple.

    Great value! Very clean

    My <1 year old child, wife and I travelled to Munich for 4-5 days, and stayed at Brera. It was a bit further away from the city center, but easy to access via public transportation and great value for what we paid. The laundry room is also well equipped, and the staff is very friendly. The entire building top to bottom was spotless! We would gladly return.

    I am very disappointed that our suitcase was stolen from your reception, especially considering that there is a security camera and the entrance is secured. Additionally, we did not receive adequate support from your staff in trying to locate it. Overall, this experience has left us highly dissatisfied.

    Place is ok but overpriced, too far from the town centre.1 hour walk. There are trans right outside but you have to swap off after few stations. Nothing direct. Protperty itself was ok selfserve and checkout so no intraction.

    There was no AC and it was very loud with the windows open. There was a fan in the room but it was too loud to use. Check-in is automated so there was never anyone on reception for things like extra toilet paper, etc.

    The apartments are right next to a bus stop, which was very convenient. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you are looking to book, make sure you are arriving at a time when their office hours are open. We were flying in at 8am on a Saturday and asked if we could check in early or store our bags before the usual check-in time of 3pm. They told us we could store our bags, however there was no one in the lobby when we got there. We were forced to find a way to get around town with our luggage for about six hours before our check-in time.

    Upon arrival easy check-in and had an elevator, good. Room quite spacious but lacked lighting as it was too dim at night, especially kitchen area. Kitchen lacked equipment throughout and the extractor fan was at eye level which you could've easily injure yourself. There was a big kitchen knife left pointing upright in the utensil jar which was unsafe. Large windows for ventilation but had to keep them closed most of our stay as there were a lot of smokers outside. Plenty of desk space but the chairs were uncomfortable and dirty, food crumbs left in the gaps of the seating. The bed was uncomfortable and impractical. Bed frame had some dark stains and along the surface was very dusty. A few coffee stains splattered on the walls and a few spots of pink mould on the bathroom tiles where the shelves were. Spacious bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage. During our stay the shower drain became blocked and we removed the cover to reveal that it had not been emptied and cleaned for a long period of time. We met Bryan the next working day to request 2 items but there was a slight miscommunication, although he was well mannered and friendly. We were also told that the rest of our stay would be self care which meant no more requests/supplies. When asked regarding laundry we weren't informed that the paying machine didn't give back change and we weren't reimbursed for this. Met other staff members during our stay and all were friendly. To sum up: All style, no substance.

    Property is in north Munich near the Olympic park. A number of tram stops are nearby and in walking distance with regular links to town. The host was in touch before our stay so we knew what to expect and we were greeted very warmly upon arrival. The room was nice and clean enoigh. Found rubbish left over from previous guest in bathrppm, tap on kitchen sink was wobbly and needed repairing, baseboards could be doing with a deep clean/dust but no major issues. Housekeeping were around regularly. There's a laundry room in the basement - it's 2.50 for washing machine and 2.00 for dryer. I would have expected this to be included in apartment service, or at least have washing supplies included and available in the washroom (had to buy washing powder and only done 2 washes - left the open packet in the apartment when we left so hopefully next guest got to use it). We had asked for a late checkout as we had a late flight and this was honoured - save a few miscommunications - so we were able to leave at 1pm instead of 11am. I know it was only 2 hours bit that extra bit of time was perfect. Supermarket right next door, McDonalds jist along the end of the road and a wee pub or 2 as well. There's not much happening in the area as it's residential with some businesses scattered around so pretty quiet (except for the trams and buses going up and down main road but the windows dampened the noise enough). I would certainly stay here again as it was only a few tram stops into town.
