The room is ridiculously small. Although my search parameters were clear on dates, the system reserved an extra day that I could not use but had to pay for. The location is good. While the room appeared to be clean, there was garbage left on the floor that was not caught by cleaning staff. Be very careful when booking. There is no front desk. It is more akin to a rented room than a hotel.

They were helpful with an issue I had, but overall my experience and stay at both properties left quite a bit to be desired. For the price, and if you just need a place to crash, this will do.

I liked the kitchenette in the room as it allowed me to prepare my own meals. And having a laundry room in the building was also important to me. A modern room with nice amenities and near to the old Latin quarter. Staff were helpful to my needs and I felt comfortable there.

Great units, great value

Awesome stay at this loft. Great room for a solo traveller or couple and right in the core of Montreal. Plenty of food and nightlife in walking distance so that was a welcome bonus to my trip. Owners responded quickly and the units are even nicer than the pictures look, with a new and modern layout. Lots of amenities hidden well within the unit. This will be my go to place to stay now on trips to Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredible and the room had everything we needed. Some of the reviews said the street noise was loud, but we didn't have a problem - it is just normal city noise. So happy we booked this hotel :).
