The property is a bit far from the center of ayia napa but is from a walkable distance for pubs and clubs, and has a grocery store nearby. The hotel apt we were assigned were not bad but the hygiene and cleaning services of the property should be improved, we had dust in the bathroom and marks of objects that haven’t been moved for a while, and most importantly we had ants in the bathroom and kitchen. I recommend you get your own supplies to have a clean space if you are staying for a while. But after seeing some other hotel apts i would say mars mare has the best atmosphere, quiet and peaceful , you’re surrounded by greenery and you also get a balcony with chairs outside. Nevertheless, the room was

Don’t be fooled by the pics!!

Room not cleaned properly they only emptied the bin, needed to get fresh towels from reception myself and clean sheets, no toiletries just a small bar of soap

Good location but...

I really like the location because its near the beach og the citylife, but the apartments are old and a little bit dirty. The housekeeping ladies are really nice, but they have to much to do so the cleaning is not so good. No soap to wash your hands and no refill on showergel. Nothing to wash the dishes with and the list goes on and on... Many british young boys was living there partying and making a lot of noise so really nothing for families. They have also sold the apartments nearest the beach to a new "hotel" so only a few of Maris Mare apartments are now possible to get when you stay here. This we found out when we got here and had to walk all the way up again with all the luggage.

Ligger sentralt til. Kort vei til buss, dagligvarer og badstrand. Gangavstand til sentrum. De ansatte var service vennlige. Denne gangen var vi godt fornøyd med renholdet.

Midt i smørøyet

Fantastisk beliggenhet, 2min til stranda(Sandy Bay), kort vei til dagligvarer, kort vei til buss, gangavstand til sentrum. Fine leiligheter. Aircondition både i oppholdsrom og soverom var greitt å ha, dersom de hadde fungert som de skulle. Den i oppholdsrommet fungerte ikke helt, da den stadig slo seg av. Vi sa ifra, de kom og såg på det. Ingenting ble gjort, vi sa ifra på nytt, men ingenting skjedde. Renholdet var ikke mye å skryte av. Regjøringen var dessverre ikke god nok. Sengetøy ikke skiftet under oppholdet(2uker). Håndklær ble ikke regelmessig skiftet. Savnet kost og brett, oppvaskmiddel og oppvaskbørste.
