The room does not have airconditioning and gets very hot if temperatures are above 30 degrees. We also found the hotel and room could have been cleaner. We certainly wouldn't breakfast there.

Worst stay

My appartement didn’t have a working air conditioner and it was during the heat wave. I got chased down by the staff trying to collect the city tax of 17 euros like a vulgar thief. The front desk was closed during my arrival and they could just have called my room and left a note. When I brought it up to the assistant manager she was dismissive and responded with an insult.

The property is very basic. Looks nice but is from medium quality. A lot of small things need renewal or reparation. Like doors that don't close proper, bathroom that gets wet everywhere when you shower, etc. To sleep here with 2 adults and 2 children it is actually too small. almost no place to move around the bed. Positive is the proximity of the TGV station.

after a pne week stay i was a denied a late checkout 2 hours!! not very friendly staff i was charges the local tax for 2 people although i was alone!! and the y did not reimburse it. the curtains had holes and did not make the room dark

Horrible. Hotel fermé à mon arrivée. 45 minutes pour qu’un autre client m’ouvre. Ascenseur en panne. Propreté à revoir. Franchement passez votre chemin. Le seul point positif est la localisation mais franchement il y a beaucoup mieux dans le coin.

Chambre impeccable et personnel d'accueil exceptionnel. Rapport qualité prix vraiment très bon. Le seul bémol cest quil faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre (en pleine canicule). Le ventilateur etait fourni, mais il ny avait pas de clim.

Je recommande cet Appart'Hôtel

Très bon accueil, apparthôtel très calme, bien agencé et bien équipé.Parking souterrain à l'hôtel. Très proche de restaurants, boulangerie, superette bio. Excellent emplacement : à 3mn à pied de la gare RER et TGV de Massy. Idéal pour aller sur Paris (2 lignes B+C). Quelques petits "bémols" : - Il manquait 2 petites lampes de chevet - Les draps de bain sont trop petits et peu épais - Bien que la salle d'eau soit spacieuse, la cabine de douche est inconfortable car trop exigüe (60cm*60cm). Elle a manifestement été rétrécie pour la conformité aux normes "handicap" mais avec une ouverture de porte de 40cm, je doute qu'elle soit adaptée aux personnes handicapées !

Agréable surprise

Une réservation de dernière minute nous a permis de découvrir cet hôtel idéalement situé au coeur du quartier Atlantis à Massy. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et professionnel. Les parties communes sont nettoyées quotidiennement et sont très bien entretenues. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !
