The desk staff were great and the place was a nice place. I also would go back because it was really clean. Sometime water did not get hot and some of the furniture is not made for 200 pound plus people. It is also not a children friendly place. The structure is not safe for children. Views were Amazing!! I enjoyed my stay.

There was an issue with stove continuosly going off. Maintence was schedule but no one came by, they reached back out and said they would there. However, it was a no-show. I had to deal with a continous night of beeping. Next night at 1am, I showed video, I was advised to turn off breaker. There should be some type compensation for inconvience. The property is very nice and in great location from stores and food (must drive due to hills).

Our internet reception was horrible at best. It was constantly intermittent, which was not acceptable as we had a child giving birth in the hospital nearby. This happened For the 3 nights we were there.

My stay began on 11/18/25, and upon arrival the unit was in extremely unsanitary and uninhabitable condition. There was visible blood on the mattress, along with multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues that made the apartment unsafe for occupancy and well below any reasonable standard for a rental property. I contacted property management immediately through the WhatsApp number provided and was told that cleaning and repairs would be handled. No one ever arrived, and no corrective action was taken despite giving proper notice and ample time to address the issues. Because management failed to remedy the conditions, I was forced to hire a cleaning professional at my own expense in order to make the unit safe enough to occupy. I do not recommend this property based on the condition upon arrival and the lack of response from management.

We had the best view to Medellin City. The reception guys were very nice and helpful during Checking In. The apartment was clean and neat. My only suggestion would be to add more stuff in the kitchen like plates and pans, and more towels available to avoid to ask for replacement.

The place had potential, but our stay had a few challenges. There were quite a few ants around the unit, which was a bit frustrating. It was also very hot inside—there was no AC, and unfortunately, the fans weren’t enough to keep the space cool. There weren’t quite enough towels provided for our group. Also, we weren’t able to watch local channels on the TV, which was a bit of a letdown. With a few improvements, it could have been a much more comfortable stay. Hopefully, future guests will have a better experience!
