The only con i hve to say is tht the wifi is so slow. Pros: walking distance to MBK and Siam discovery, paragon. The toilet is huge. Aircon is good. Bed is comfy. Tiny little balcony.

The front desk staffs were able to spoken english, also most of the other staffs too. The location of the Hotel is walkable to the station (5 mins). Distance to MBK is around 10mins, Siam centre 15mins, Central world around 25mins, Stadium one around 20mins. The room come with a living room with a sofa. A small kitchen with cloths washer and a small microwave. The toilet has a tub and spacious enough. The water provided come in a glass bottle. Overall, the price for the room was reasonably and space provided. Also, shopping centre near the Hotel is definitely a plus points for me. The only thing for me is the room door and toilet door is hard to close... lol. 4 stars out of 5 stars for me. Cheer.

This are we second time stay here, on first night my kid get some thing bite, about 10plus red mark, we thought that is moquito, but how can be in the air con room? We have to apply the oil to prevent this happen again, after 4 night when we leaven the place to airport my wife say she also get the bite, is too late to say any thing, my kid full body give about 30 bite, even we apply the oil, we very disappointed this how can happen in the 4 star hotel? Got the cimex bedbug there.

Great place to relax

Third time staying at LiT, a first at the residence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean upon check-in. Daily cleaning for the bathroom can be better. Am happy that they look at minor details like providing a brand new sponge for washing in the kitchen. Washing powder is provided for laundry. Bed was really comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there.

I was given room which was had very strong smoke trapped in the aircon., even though I booked a non-smoking room. I spent one night in that room and felt unwell. My child and I had to breathe in the smoke all night and wash our clothes, which had absorbed the smoke. The next morning I requested a change of rooms, which was carried out. My other family members booked a room with 2 singles but were given a King bed. This involved getting the housekeeping to take action. Both incidences involved inconvenience and time wasted. Apart from that, the location is good and very close to MBK Mall and trains. However one has to walk through a narrow back street (not suitable for young kids/strollers or the old) as one has to jump aside into shallow drains, whenever there is traffic to get to main road. 7-11 and cafes nearby.

Clean and comfortable rooms with great service.

The room came furnished with an induction stove, a washing machine and two television sets. It was also clean and everything felt new. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a short walk from National Stadium BTS Station and the Siam BTS Interchange. The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre and the rest of the shopping district is just round the corner.

Other than the hiccup at the check-in, this is by far the most value-for-money hotel that we have stayed in Bangkok. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. The shower room is great, and the bath tub is a major plus.

Good place for family

We have a family of 7 including a child. We enjoyed the place for its proximity to shopping centers, BTS, spacious and clean rooms. However, teo of our rooms were not ready by check-in time.

Impressed, will stay here again.

This is my 2nd stay at Lit Bangkok Residence. I love the quite environment despite being only 10mins walk to the National Stadium BTS/MBK. Impressed by the permanent staff's attitude and attentiveness to our needs. They will come out to make sure the cab they called for you brings you to the correct destination and will hand you a card to direct cab drivers back to the apartment - Each time you cab out! Impressed. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Excellent hotel for family stay

My room was upgraded and it was great. Room size is big and we especially like the washer/dryer as we can send our soiled attire (with perspiration) to wash every evening and have a fresh set of attire (washed and dryed) ready to wear the next day. Only disappointing thing was that the free Wifi expired on the morning of my last day of stay. I did not bother to contact the service desk for a new Wifi id and password since I'm going out for more shopping. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this hotel for family stay.

2 bedroom suite is great for family with children.

Home away from home

Second time to LIT Bangkok. Trying the Residence wing as the previous time was at the hotel side. Even more comfortable this time round as the room was extremely cosy and comfortable for sleeping. Excellent service as always and it like going to a home away from home. For the location and comfort and price.. Almost everything is perfect except that breakfast is still ever the same, and they have no phone chargers to spare for a forgetful traveller. Though I must say, who needs a crazy breakfast when BKK had so much to offer.... I hope to stay at LIT again soon :)

Check this hotel out. Its great

Love this hotel a lot. Its a 5 mins walk to MBK & 10 mins walk to Siam center. The staff are friendly & helpful. The room is spacious with a kitchen area & a washing machine to do my laundry. (If only they had stated that they have a washing machine in the room we wouldn't have brought so many clothes). The only down side was the shower will keep changing temperature & the water flow was pretty slow over the weekend. But everything resume back to normal on Monday. A little disappointed with the balcony its more like a ledge but I guess its due to our room size. If we were to book a bigger room the balcony is big enough for 2 chairs n a table. Anyway this hotel also provides baby cot. It makes our boy feels at home. Overall highly recommended very suitable for those travelling with family. We really had a great stay. Will stay this hotel again.
