It is a nice place to stay. We where pleased with the accommodations. We visited family in Pierre, only needed a place to sleep. Had breakfast one morning, is was good. It was in the end of December and was off season. We will stay again!

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, plenty of hot water, we have no complaints. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the location and the cafe as we were just a short overnight stay. We would stay again.

Visited this property for fishing in October 2023, we had a great time and everybody was so nice and helpful letting us know some great spots to drop our lines and giving us tackle for success. This is a fishing lodge. The cabins are fishing cabins. They are not fancy at all but they are clean. The property is very pet friendly and the staff is super nice.

Me and my son stayed here for a couple of days. The office was able to set us up with a guided fishing trip. Brandon was absolutely amazing and setting this up for us. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Outpost for the memories.
