So we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. With the day pass we had access to all the amenities

Beautiful place right at the beach, pools and beach furniture are great. The condo was very nicely and comfortable deaigned, almost everything you need. Only thing missing is a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella, given that you can't swim in that beach being the sea waves so strong, some beach gear to take to another swimmable beach (there are plenty nearby) would have made this place absolutely perfect. We had a very happy stay.

Cozy and gorgeous facility

The condo is in great shape, clean and cozy everything you need. The facilities are gorgeous. The pool and spa are clean the spa and the fire pit are comfortable. The ocean is right across the way can’t ask for more. Will definitely come back. Staff is very nice.

This place was amazing to stay in but communication about checking and check out expectations was poor. It also did not have any info at the place about the area which restaurants were part of the facility, cool things to do etc. things like that really add to a stay and would have been appreciated.

Casa del Mar Condo was perfectly located. In a highly secure and quiet area. If you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas, then this is the place to stay. The beach is beautiful, however, the surf was quite rough and not the best beach to swim in unless you're an exceptional swimmer. However, there is a big pool that makes up for that.
