Beautiful setting. Great area. Clean room but so dark, horrible lighting. Beds were awful-like sleeping on box springs! People were lovely, food was good. The rooms were just too dark and way too uncomfortable

The worst of all

It was the worst experience i had in thailand. The room waa disgusting all information on here were not correct and pictures very misleading. The shower was broken and i tried all 4 nights to get it fixed. No care at all. Wall was coming of and mould everywhere. The fridge turned off when you left the room. Staff didnt speak english properly. You cant cancel because of the condition of the room. Its not worth it for the money. The owner was ignorant with zero understanding.

A really good hotel in Railey

Rigtigt godt og prisvenligt sted i et ellers ret så kostbart område. Venligt personale, dejlig rolig beliggenhed på østsiden. Har boet flere steder på railey efterhånden men dette har helt klart været det bedste køb i forhold til prisen og alternativerne. Utrolig sødt personale

Badet var lite, så man kan dusje og gå på do samtidig. Vasken var også tett. Ellers ok rom. Hotellet ligger litt langt fra badestrand, men ellers helt ok. Dyrt i forhold til standarden. Billig i forhold til andre hoteller på Railey.

Pros: Located close to numerous restaurants and bars but far enough away that you didnt hear them from the room. Room is basic but comfortable enough. Very clean but could use a coat of paint. Good air conditioner in my room. Cons: No safe to store valuables. Thin walls, so noisy neighbours can be a problem. No way to turn off outside light and top row of windows don't have curtains so room is very light for sleeping.

The room had no air conditioning and the heat was unbearable the shower was a trickle of water and the pool was dirty, it was such a disappointment I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The resort is on the east side on the beach which isn’t the swimming side. But the rooms and staff are amazing. They do have a free breakfast it’s very basic and could use some changing up a bit but otherwise it’s enough to get you by. Rooms were clean and updated. Comfy beds. Good distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Near the diamond Cave. The property’s pool could use some updating and cleaning up

It’s not a luxury hotel but offers a comfortable, clean room with a decent pool, good restaurant and extras (entertainment nights, massage spa, tour operator). Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast buffet. At a good price for the area, I’d definitely recommend!

Very beautiful and relaxing place. The rooms are big, good air con + very friendly straff. We are so happy we got to stay some extra days - the beaches are like being in paradise!!

The property was beautiful, I love the layout of all of the rooms, very well taken care of with greenery. The rooms were a standard room that you would see in Thailand with geckos and one cockroach in the room. No big deal. My only main concern would be the owner from the resort was quite rude, and after talking to a few other guests, I wasn’t the only one who had an encounter with him. This was my second time staying here, I would maybe consider staying on the future, but I don’t want to have to deal with him again :)

Lite engasjert stab.Svært dårlig wifi. Frokost under gjennomsnittet. Dårlig lydisolasjon mellom rommen. Denne gang en del bråk på natta. En må be om renhold på rommet. Finnes bedre steder på Railay. Var på samme sted for 2 år siden, hadde ei bedre opplevelse da. Forventer ingen luksus, men en noe mer imøtekommende stab og bedre oppfølging under frokosten er ingen kostnad for stedet.

We had a great experience with the staff being friendly. Don't expect a super fancy hotel though. It was nice and had the basic amenities that we needed. The main down side is that it was a far walk from the pier with luggage and the hotel does not include pick up service.

De todos os hotéis que ficamos na tailandia foi o que menos gostamos. o café da manhã era limitado. Os funcionários não são tao dedicados e educados como em outros hoteis que ficamos. Mas o que mais desagradou foi o quarto. Escuro, com cheiro de mofo, decoração desastrosa. Porém como o objetivo era curtir as praias de RAilay o hotel não comprometeu a viagem.

You get what you pay for

It’s okay for a budget hotel. Basic room with a bed and private bathroom. WiFi didn’t work in the room and it wasn’t very comfortable. But once again, for the price you get what you pay for. It’s fine if you want to save money

Bad air conditioning and cockroaches

The air conditioning only had 1 setting which was freezing and exceptionally loud. There were cockroaches in the room/bathroom and they must have been in the ceiling too as they made a lot of noise in the night. Pool was mucky too.
