The hotel was easy to find, booking in was easy, the receptionist was very friendly.Our room was on the first floor overlooking Albion Street, the room was clean & tidy , it looked like it had been cleaned well, a nice touch was washing up liquid and a tea towel, the only negative was the draught coming through the very large windows,there was thick curtains but the draught still came through! All in all a good place to stay

Spacious and clean

Super spacious room with kitchinette attached and en suite shower room off the hallway. Lovely comfy bed, pillows and fluffy large , hand and face towels in the en suite. The staff were smart and exceedingly helpful and friendly. I will always stay here when returning to Glasgow. Thank you for a brilliant stay

Brilliant staff. Rooms are spacious. The toilets are clean. It has a luxurious and comfortable feel. Well kept property. The neighbourhood could be better and maybe cleaner but that is no reflection on the hotel.
