Hotel in Toplage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage der Unterkunft war top, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar, Busanbindungen direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, fleckige Teppiche und alte Türen/Mobiliar, Küche müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool und dem Blick auf einen Teil der Altstadt ist das Highlight. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, jedoch hätten wir uns am dritten Tag gerne etwas Abwechslung gewünscht. Der Frühstücksraum ist beengt und bietet nicht ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Mit ein paar Abstrichen würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Would never stay at this hotel again

I stated for 3 nights from the 5 December 2024 and had an awful experience. I requested a double bed and paid extra as part of my booking to then be provided with 2 single beds on arrival. I then spoke to reception and the only room with a double had a damp problem. Reception said no other rooms were available but I had friends arriving the next day. They were provided with double beds and when I raised this with reception they were able to provide another room to me but couldn't tell me why it wasn't available before my friends arrived. They rejected my refund request and made my trip difficult for no reason. I spoke to 3 different members of staff in reception and they were unwilling to help. My trip to Lisbon was good overall but this hotel was the only negative experience. Having this problem which was not dealt with appropriately meant I was not comfortable raising any other issue which may have arisen during my stay. Although they upgraded me nothing further was provided for the inconvenience and staff were avoidant the rest of the trip

Great service and location, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay, especially our son who slept in the living room with its own door and TV. The bedroom also had a door and TV, and the bathroom worked well for us with plenty of hot water. Although the room furnishings are old and carpets stained, we were fine with the slippers the hotel provided. The kitchenette included a 2 burner stove, counter height fridge, convection microwave oven and dishwasher. There were plenty of dishes and a good pan, pot and water kettle but limited cooking utensils. It’s probably best for heating ready made meals and salads. Location was great, steps to the Restauradores metro station and plaza which had numerous shops and bus stops, including tourist buses. We were a 1/2 block to one of the funiculars and to the Rossio train station. We normally stay in apartments, but had a fiasco with another apartment that had no reception and no luggage storage, only self check in at 4pm, which is very late after our overnight transatlantic flight left us very tired on arrival at 10 am. Since this is a full service Aparthotel, we were able to check in at 11:30 am from the airport, and were given our room. Had the room not been available, they also have luggage storage. Maid service was also very good, towels and bedding good, and the pull out sofa, which pulled out to 2 twin beds, was very comfortable.

Hotel très bien situé au centre ville proche de toutes les commodités et transport. Chambre agréable et bien équipée. Superbe toit terrasse avec jolie vue sur la ville. Seul bemol la salle à manger un peu petite et qualité du petit déjeuné un peu légère pour ce standing. Nous avons fait le choix de ne pas pendre le petit déjeuner après notre 1ere experience.

Gostei muito da vista do quarto. O refeitório para o café da manhã é pequeno e aos finais de semana, tem que esperar na fila a vida do terraço é muito Bonita, mas não gostei da piscina estar fechada e não ser aquecida.

I liked staying at VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel.

Fabio at the reception desk was very helpful. Jessica, a housekeeping staff, was amazing, efficient, and helpful. Some people may say that this hotel is dated, but I find it very charming. In addition, the location is ideal for transit and restaurant choices.
