Was what we expected- staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable. no house keeping, so no towel exchange for personal towels. Beach was clean but small, limited swimming. Kitchenettes was handy, some walkways are in need of repair, some beach in place wood umbrellas need repair. overall not dissatisfied - not elated.

Rooms are basic. We had 3 twin beds in ours, small shower but good amount of counter space in the bathroom. The property grounds are nice with some activities if you stay on the resort. The pool is great with the kids. There is a beach but the swimable area is very small due to the breaks over reefs. The buffet dinner is not worth it. They limit the beach towels exchanges to one every 3 days - I'm come on!

House keeping staff was friendly, bed hurt back. First few nights had no hot water. Hotels.com room i picked was not the one i recieved. Did not know where to go with check in, cars were in every direction, mass confusion.

The location was remote, not conveniently located to a town. Road was dangerous to drive at night. Hotel did not have a lighted sign at the highway, so I went past the turnoff on 2 occasions, almost causing an accident when I pulled off to let cars pass so I could turn around.

had to send confirmation by email to resort to habe my room and it took too much time to do this process. The main pool was under reconstruction, room was ok but need renovating as the infrastructure off the resort, but very far on top off a hill the building was back to everything, with a garden view the day and totally in the dark at night. Got woke up by the gardener's mower, and noone propose to take you or help you with luggage to the room, and had to wait and look for a parking spot even further to the room... etc

The bathroom had visible mold, and amenities were minimal—just one toilet roll and a mini soap for three people over four days. Expedia’s listing differed from what the reception communicated, causing confusion. Despite prior email confirmations with Pierre & Vacances, meal plans were not honored, and we had to pay extra. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour chez Pierre & Vacances. Le logement était ancien et clairement pas assez entretenu. La chambre donnait une impression générale de vétusté, avec plusieurs éléments en mauvais état : une dalle cassée sur le balcon, un robinet de cuisine qui bougeait, ainsi qu’un manque évident d’entretien général. La climatisation était également inefficace. Même en modifiant les températures, elle ne permettait pas de rafraîchir correctement la pièce, ce qui a rendu le séjour peu confortable. Autre point négatif : il y avait très peu de prises électriques disponibles. Nous avons dû débrancher certaines lumières pour pouvoir charger nos téléphones. Nous avons également été surpris de devoir nous-mêmes jeter les poubelles, défaire les lits et rassembler les serviettes en fin de séjour. Au regard du prix payé, ces contraintes donnent davantage l’impression d’une location basique que d’une résidence de vacances offrant un vrai service. La piscine était sympathique, mais là encore un point important est à revoir : le revêtement du sol autour de la piscine devient brûlant avec la chaleur. Comme les chaussures doivent être laissées à l’entrée, il est très désagréable, voire douloureux, de marcher pieds nus. Une solution devrait être mise en place pour éviter ce problème. En résumé, malgré quelques aspects agréables, nous avons trouvé que l’hébergement était trop ancien, mal entretenu et pas au niveau attendu pour une résidence Pierre & Vacances.

Chambre très propre mais vieillissante! Ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine ! Bar dnas le village kasi jamais ouvert ou ouvert qu à partir de 16 h c est dommage ! Nettoyage des sargasses pas fait tous les jours et quand cela est fait , que la moitié de la plage est faite ! Sinon excellent séjour ! Très secur et agréable nous reviendrons avec plaisir et un grand merci à tout le personnels qui est au top
