Good value Melbourne apartment

Excellent value accommodation. Good size apartment/studio with good facilities. Supermarket below. Great transport via free tram at end of road. Docklands area was very much closed for winter even though only mid-March.

Had a great stay in room 903 Only issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud And even with the door closed you could still hear it But overall a great hotel in a fantastic area

After travelling for many hours would have liked a decent coffee in room, only decaf. Take a shower not enough towels for all of us . Room overlooked a car park with a lot of teens hanging out in cars and on bikes filming and taking photos, some noise about . Washed our clothes and the washing machine leaked to the door and needed to use our bath towels to soak up, dryer didn’t work so everything wet. No house keeping so didn’t make beds, or replace dirty towels and no replacements of coffee.

모든 것이 좋았다. 시내에서 조금 거리가 먼 것과 어매니티 제공에 대한 것 빼면 우리에게 아주 완벽한 아파트였다. 그러나 청결점수를 적게 준 이유는 4일에 한번 청소는 이해하지만, 어매니티를 매일 신청해야하는 불편함이 있었다. 브리즈번의 아파트먼트에서는 필요할 때 들고 갈 수 있게 해놓아서 늦게 들어오더라도 가져갈 수 있어 편했는데 여긴 매번 전화를 걸어 갖다달라고 해야하는 불편함이 넘 컸습니다. 그래도 담에도 또 여기를 방문할 것이다.

honestly this was super disappointing. my partner and i booked this for our anniversary and the only positive was the location. the room was dirty, black mould in the shower along with the grout being orange, not white. finger prints all over the mirror and the kitchen utensils were not clean, along with the counter top. we booked a king bed room and were given two single beds put together, which was uncomfortable. the whole 7th level also smelt really strongly of what we believe was dr*gs?? not sure if any other guests reported this but we didn’t feel very comfortable. our room was also right outside the elevator. won’t be booking again

Convenient and cheap. Was well worth staying here. I just wish they didn’t have those beds that you push together to make a king. It was so uncomfortable. Woke up with a sore back every night. Otherwise a good option for value

This property was in district Docklands where there’s always something to do for adults and kids! Great place to stay when you want to get all the activities done. Nesuto was a nice place to stay but their beds were not comfortable and some amenities are hard to find in the rooms. Also their reception communication is not the friendliest. Otherwise nice to place to stay max for 1-2 days. Not more than that.

위치는 도심과 약간 떨어져 있지만 무료트램존에 있어 괜찮았음. 바로 바다에 갈 수 있고, 울월스, 코스트코 등이 가까이 있어서 좋음. 수건과 어매니티를 매일 달라고 연락해야 것이 불편하였음.
