Amazing views, convenient location

Friendly staff. Easy front door parking. It’s just before the real heart of the old city so you dodge a little of the insane traffic while it’s just a quick walk downtown. The views from the balcony were amazing.

We had a great stay here in Montenegro! The owners were so friendly and we had great communication before hand too. They also allowed us to check in early and park our car in their private parking spot in front of their place. The room and bathroom were spotless. Small kitchen had everything you need. About a 10min walk into the old town. The best part about is though was the view from our balcony—WOW sums it up! They also had a wash machine if you needed it. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very lovely stay at Palma Apartments. Easy walk to the old town and felt very safe. Parking in front is very nice. The best part is the view and the very kind hosts. The AC also works really well!

Fabulous place!

Great place to stay, such a nice view from our room. The family were super helpful and answered any questions we had. We wanted to do a boat trip and they sorted it out for us and walked us down to the place. Good communication and would definitely stay again if we were in Kotor!

Beautiful and conveniently located property. The terrace is stunning and very sunny. Having a washing machine is very convenient when it’s hot ( already 32-35 in June). Easy walk down to the promenade or Kotor main town

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Palma Apartments. The apartment that we stayed in was quiet, had a fantastic view of the bay, was finished to the highest standard and had everything that we needed and more. Our hosts could not have been friendlier and provided refreshments on arrival and even a cake during our stay. If we could give this accommodation a 6 we would. We will certainly be back on future visits to Montenegro.

Good option

Great place, great view, great host! Remember though that it is an "apartment", so you'll hear the host's TV and your neighbours at night, so bring earplugs (and a helmet for the sloping ceilings).

Great communication with owner, very friendly and offered lots of advice and even helped arrange a scenic ride to the airport. Property was updated and had a great indoor and outdoor space with a very nice view. Also very well located as walkable to many top attractions.

Location was good, 10 minutes walk to the old town. However the Sswage smell from the bathroom was really bad so we had to close the bathroom door the whole time we were there. The room is so tiny. When we saw the owner, he didn’t even ask how our trip was going or how our stay was. He just asked to pay for our stay. So disappointing. He doesn’t care. He just wants to collect the money. I like Kotor but next time I will stay somewhere else.

Lovely hosts, beautiful views. Only issue was cleanliness, dusty mats and uncomfortable sheets. Great to have a washing machine but it didn't rinse.

Palma Apartments is located on scenic route 3, a short 10 minute walk into Old Town Kotor, its City Walls and ramparts. A very nice promenade along the Bay of Kotor is nearby. My studio apartment had a wonderful balcony view of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. Peter is a wonderful host/manager and will provide you with helpful information and advice.

No frills stay that was clean in cute Kotor

This was a superb apartment situated just outside of the Old town Kotor, with a great view of the Adriatic. They communicated well and the place is very clean. I will caution those that are above 6'0" though as the bathroom is a little small. Apart from that, it was a superb apartment and a great stay

Amazing view and awesome room

Room was very neat, nice, and clean! Location and view was amazing ! I couldn’t ask for a better location. The Balcony view was beautiful and relaxing. Old Town Kotor was only few minutes by walking. Very easy to get to. I recommend this place, the owner were extremely polite and welcoming. Im so grateful for them. Check this place out you would like it ! When I go back, I will choose this place again :)

Great place

Good place to stay nearby Kotor with 10 min walk. Place run by a nice family with friendly dog Ice. We had the green room at the top with a lovely view over Kotor bay. Every day a new crousingship docks the bay. Fun to watch. Room is small but works for two people, you share the tarrace with room next door but there are separated with some privacy. Free parking is great (expensive in Montenegro). Wifi best ever bad. 150 mbit down. AC works nice and comfortable beds. All great with this stay. We can recommend it.

We first had accommodation in the queen studio room for 4 nights out of our 2 week stay which had an amazing view 10/10, but the room was very compact and had sloping roof so we were constantly bumping our heads! Not recommended for a long stay this room but ideal for a night or 2. Peter the host then moved us to their 1 bedroom apartment down stairs for our remaining time. This was a lot better as we had plenty of room a kitchen lounge bedroom washing machine etc. It was lovely and we couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts! They even brought us beer and tea when we first arrived. A few recommendations for the apartment though would be to have a book/ compendium with information on the unit how to work appliances tv machine etc, also travel info for the area. Also cleaning products would have been good as we were in this apartment for 10 days. Also the pillows need replacing, very uncomfortable. Overall it was a great stay in beautiful kotor excellent location to the promenade 5 minute walk and 10 minutes to kotor old town. But what the highlight of Palma apartments to me was the amazing view from the top floor studio rooms number 3 room is the room you need to ask for! Boendet levde upp till våra förväntningar! Otroligt fin utsikt från balkongen. Prisvärt. Lagom promenadavstånd till Gamla stan, cirka 1 km/15 min. Det enda tipset till ägaren är att i förväg informera hur man checkar in då vi blev lite osäkra när vi kom dit.

Vacker utsikt

Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen nära till strandpromenaden, gäller bara att gå åt rätt håll så att man inte hamnar mitt i trafiken. Når Gamla stan på ca 10-15 min. Liten arbetsyta i pentryt annars var allt bra. Skulle kunna bo där igen.
