Had an amazing stay at NAJ Tulum. The room gave off the tulum esthetics and we also had a private plunge pool. Had access to the roof top pool as well which was empty each time we went up which I loved! Braulio & Alfonso made us feel very safe and welcomed. Will definitely visit again when coming to tulum. Thanks again!!

We had a great time at Naj Tulum. Overall high standard and beautifully decorated rooms. The terrace with the private pool was fantastic. Lastly the concierge Braulio was very helpful sharing good insights to enhance our Tulum stay and regularly checking in if he could be of assistance

This place is more of a 3 star. It does not look as luxurious in person as it did on the pics. The guy who manages it is helpful and it is close to everything. The birds in the am and cars driving is definitely annoying. Its cool if you need a cheaper spot in tulum.

Brujlio was the best host. He was there right when we arrived. He was the sweetest & welcoming host I ever dealt with. He made us feel like we were at home. We felt safe & comfortable. The pictures does this place no justice. This was our first time coming to Tulum & it looks like we will be back soon & often. The experience was so amazing. Such a beautiful place. Lazy days in a jungle maze

Very unique hotel. A lot of thought went into the design of the rooms. Braulio our host was superb. He is a wealth of information and a font of energy. Location is a bit out of the way from the 'town center' but still walkable. Night time walks can be challenging because the area is not well lit and the design of this particular area is like a maze. Still, it is very flat and very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Experience at Naj was a very good one. Braulio, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The property is in the trendy Aldea Zama neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The property is well kept. It's a little noisy tho, there is a main road behind the building.

This property was amazing! Loved every single detail about it! Our host Braulio was on top of everything, always checking in ti make sure we didn’t need anything and sent us some great refs on local food and spots. Had a nice stay. Rooms and beds are comfy. Only thing is we asked for an upgrade and we were told it would be too expensive. Probably our one night stay wasn’t worth the upgrade for them but we were willing to do it if we were given the choice. Their loss.

We had a lovely 4 night stay the first week of June. Upon our arrival Braulio was there to greet us and show us to our room where he gave us an in depth tour of our quarters and a rundown of the property. He was available 24/7 for any questions and concerns. Room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable which is of the utmost importance to us when travelling. Parking was easy and we were within a mile of restaurants, bars, etc. if we find ourselves in Tulum again we will definitely return to this property.

The absolute best. Highly recommended!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The property is new, with great design and styling. Spacious, comfortable bed, fast wifi, great AC. Plus the manager, Braulio, was always in touch - providing recommendations for the best places to eat/drink around Tulum. He was also helpful with some questions we had about the area. The only note - if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a little loud for you because of a nearby road, but it’s not too bad. Didn’t bother us after the first nice. Look no further, Naj Tulum is awesome.
