The location is conveniently close to downtown by car.. The apartment has been modernized with new appliances, a TV, a kitchen, flooring, and an updated bathroom. The apartment was impeccably clean, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were provided. A good bed is crucial for me, and the mattress and all the bedding were brand new. The bed offered excellent support. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the Fairbanks area. Lastly, the owners were exceptionally courteous in their communication and attentive in ensuring my comfort during my stay. I highly recommend it!

I loved that this place was very central to being able to pick up my kids and also returning them to their parent at the end of the day back on base. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be booking with them again the future as I will be traveling to Alaska a few times a year.
