Excellent and easy communication--I don't speak much Spanish, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved that someone reached out via WhatsApp before I arrived the day before, and I could text my needs and questions. Clean rooms and a nice space. Good view. Great property, spacious units, all appliances are brand new, pretty modern and functional. I worked remote and wifi was strong and consistent. However, hot water was a hit and miss, we had a 3 bedroom unit and there was just 1 parking space for all of us. Staff was great, friendly and attentive, always available with the best attitude. Great people!
