Another pleasant stay

Check-in was smooth. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfy. It was nice to have the little kitchen in the suite. The happy hour was a bit disappointing, but at least we got 2 cans of beer, better than nothing. This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel, another pleasant experience. Will definitely come back again..

雖然舊了，但還是值得推薦

電視太老舊，畫質非常差，每台大小聲差很多，是最不滿意的地方。 房間備有玻璃水瓶可自行到該樓層的飲水機裝水，節省寶特瓶的環保作為很棒，自備盥洗用具而獲得便利商店購物金回饋也很棒。 交誼廳免費供應咖啡和小餅乾，健身房器材大約有六七項，洗衣機和烘衣機不少台（好像是免費的），都蠻不錯～

飯店雖舊了點，但整體服務仍然很棒 ：）

生日前一天入住1111房型。 ⭐️優點 （1）11-12坪空間算舒適，床很大 （2）樓層夠高，即便城市view不怎麼樣，但視野是好的 （3）有浴缸，可以泡澡 （4）服務人員態度很快速親切 （5）晚上6-8點有 Happy Hours 提供免費軟性飲料和啤酒，也可帶回房間裡，這點真的很棒 （6）雖然只住一晚沒有使用到，但有免費自助洗衣設備可使用 （7）19樓有氣泡水機，雖然氣很弱喝起來很沒勁，但還是算優點 （8）注重環保，沒有提供瓶裝水這點很棒 （9）生日退房當天得到一個小禮物，很意外，感受到飯店主動的貼心很溫暖 😢缺點 （1）房間算舊的，尤其浴室可以感覺到 （2）乾濕分離的淋浴間真的太太太小了，洗澡一直撞來撞去，洗得很痛苦 （3）洗完外面地板都是水，地板很滑，很不舒服 （4）期待早餐但差強人意，除了生菜和一道綜合時蔬外，沒有其他的蔬菜類了，醃製肉類、醃製物很多。

超出預期

比我預期中的好，入住為商務房，晚上6點到8點有Happy hours可以飲料無限暢飲及小點心， 客房的交誼廳也有24小時的咖啡、氣泡水、水果及小點心，房間內的裝潢擺設也相當滿意及舒適，總之會想再來，但唯一美中不足的是電視的畫質比較差點而已。

由於這次住的是新裝潢的樓層，跟以往住的不同，改裝的房間是真的無可話說，非常舒適，只是缺點是開房間的排水做的不是很好，地上滑會造成跌倒，該注意！電視該飯店該全面換新才對，無法用手機投頻在電視上看

整體服務不錯，可惜的是Happy hour時間太早了（晚上6點是正要吃晚餐時段），建議可比照花蓮店9點宵夜場開始，周遭的地點很熱鬧，可以逛的地方很多不會無聊。

停車指引不佳、特約的嘟嘟房停車很不方便 行李還要搬出來。 住宿的住客沒有很多，飯店外面平面停車位不讓我們停。 後來跟櫃台反應、才讓我們停，最後讓我們停在最後一格、還跟我們說如果隔天要開車後面有車擋住我們要自己處理.. 我們整個傻眼！
