The suite was very spacious and clean. My frustration was that there wasn’t a phone number attached with me rental. We got confused when we got there because the name on the property doesn’t match with the name on the rental and we couldn’t call to confirm if that was the right place.

Great Relaxing Vacation!

The resort was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach was right across the street. The location was quiet but an easy drive to the mainland. I would definitely stay here again.

It was dirty and noisy. And I went to pay the fee for my pets dogs and told the lady that the shower was not clean if she could send somebody to clean and they didn’t they just brought us more towels and left them by the door. And the balcony it looks like they haven’t cleaned for years too. There was hand prints in the glass door to go out to the balcony. The kitchen I had it to wipe down the counter and the stove. And there were spiders too. Definitely not staying here again. The place looks decent but they need to clean and fumigate everything for the spiders and mosquitoes it was bad.

Our 2 bedroom unit could have and should have been cleaned better. Little things like the return vent was full of dirt. I had to sweep and clean. The front door had a good size gap to which bugs or rodents could get inside the unit. Upon our exit, we made sure the room was cleaned with the exception of dirty linen and towels. However, if we return I would have to reconsider them, it could have been worse.

Great stay at the beach

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the amount of amenities - 3 pools, jacuzzi, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball court, laundry facilities, workout room. For families it also has a kids playground and small putt-putt course. The unit had a full kitchen, although we didn't plan on fixing meals. 😀 The beach was right across a small alleyway and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely return there when staying at Atlantic Beach!

I liked that the rooms were big and had kitchen with all needed items. Check out instructions were easy. I liked that the staff were in communication with me and I was able to text them if I needed anything. I liked that they took care of everything when requested. I disliked that the bed sheets for the 3 rooms I booked were dirty. The sofa bed mattress were old and dirty as well.

Hotel has gotten a bit run down. Long walk to the beach. No housekeeping service, you have to take linens across the property to exchange. Did not have enough towels.

2 outdoor pools but only one was usable during our 3 day stay. Pool furniture in disrepair at the one pool. Limited pool furniture. Parking was a nightmare. 5 gas vehicle spaces available at our corner building and 4 electric. No electric cars during our 3 day stay. I was issued a warning for parking beside the electric space and the security guard put a warning sticker on the drivers side window that left glue on my window. I had to driver like that for 2 hr until I reached home. Very unsafe!! Indoor pool was awful. Large crowd smoking and drinking at the entrance and the smell carried on inside the pool area. Only a handful of outlets worked in room. 4 towels for 6 people. Don’t recommend!!

Beach stay

This was our second stay. Very informative and helpful at check-in. Minor issues for cleanliness. We had a crawling baby and certain things needed attention to cleaning. Air filters, need vacuum in room for carpet and furniture needed a good cleaning. Brought to attention and they did note it to pass along to house cleaning! But overall would stay again. Nice location, pools, and family atmosphere.

While the beach and beach access was nice, the resort itself was not the best. Check in was a nightmare. With little to no directions provided ahead of time- we arrived late and spent 30 mins in the dark trying to find someone to check us in. There isn’t a sign for the resort and the security guard we finally found wandering the parking lot couldn’t tell us if we were at the right location. We ended up with a ground floor unit at the back of the property that had dingy furniture and was over run with flies. Also the bathroom shower in the master flooded the bathroom with each shower. The pools were not well maintained either.

Stay at AB resort

We've stayed at AB resort before and had a certain type room. We were expecting same type of room, but got a different type room that was a bit cramped for four but it worked ok. Also they've started charging for parking at the resort, which is kind of odd and unnecessary, but it is what it is.

Really great in terms of beach access and pool and hot tub access. Very quiet. The property was generally very nice but the beds were not the cleanest and the patio door was broken and inaccessible as a result.
