Great place and highly recommend for anybody staying in Milano. Central to the Duomo and Galleria Vittoria. Exceptional apartment that is exactly as the pictures on line show. Fabulous apartment and guest experience

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a truly great location. Super clean, very easy check in process, and amazing responsive staff to any and all communications. I always felt like there was someone I could talk to immediately for any questions or issues. It is a "touchless" check in, in that there isn't a person at a front desk, but the staff at Heart Milano were amazing and helped with every step of the journey, including setting up a driver to take us to the airport on our last day. I give this experience 5 stars.

We travelled with our two teenagers, the property was spacious and local to all the attractions. We were happy with the overall experience of our stay. The only negative would be, due to it being so central, that it was a little noisy with local trams and roads - but there were earplugs provided by the management team. But overall a positive experience.
