The property itself felt safe but around it was not. The elevator only went up and would not go down so you had to take five flights of steps each time. We asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any additional amenities. Felt more like-a college dorm

Good overall for the price. You get a nice room, some cleaning troubles but nothing unbearable. 1hr long trips to get to the center of the city using the L7 metro station. I’d say the connectivity is good. Could use more hospitality on reception but considering it’s not fully a hotel it’s ok. The hotel building seems a bit uncared for, Wi-Fi is really bad and ac did not work.

Seems to be a brand new property. Even though it says breakfast included nope not until July 1 they said. Primary room light was controlled by the remote. but everyones remote controlled everyones fan and light. So someone comes to their room at midnight turns on their light and yours also turns on waking you up. They adjust their fan and yours changes also. NO Air-conditioner so the fan was very important. Unless you want fast food you have to walk a minimum of 10 minuets. This is a residential area nice and quiet but nothing around.

Tout neuf, confortable et commode

Une résidence hoteliere flambant neuve. Quelques défauts de jeunesse (prises au mauvais endroit, petit dejeuner perfectible...) mais globalement un excellent rapport qualité prix, une chambre propre et confortable, des services très bons (les services de la résidence étudiante attachée sont accessibles).
