Staff (khaoula) was very accommodating of an early check-in and helpful to us at check-in. However, we saw other guests in experiencing delays and issues checking in. The apartment was large and well heated, but not super clean, and was a bit rundown with scuffed walls, peeling caulk, key that got stuck in the door, and the kitchen ceiling leaked overnight. Construction workers outside hit a water main causing water to be unavailable for several hours during the day.

Very spacious room in easily walkable location

The hotel we were planning to spend our last two night nights cancelled on us with three days notice-so we ended up here on accident but were glad we did. This hotel allowed us to explore a different part of Marrakech than we had previously been in. We were able to walk to many parks and restaurants from the property. The room was like an entire apartment with kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful fresh clean space, very good size. Modern apartment. Just off main streets so is quiet, but close to walk within 5 minutes of shops and dining. Great for any type of traveller. Would definitely use again, especially if staying for longer.

Wish i could have stated longer. The apartment was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms were to a good standard.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Perfect for Families! We stayed at ZARI BOUTIQUE Aparthotel during August and had a truly wonderful experience. This place exceeded our expectations in every way and was ideal for a family trip. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and thoughtfully laid out – giving everyone in the family their own space to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. The location is unbeatable – centrally located in Marrakech and very well known by local tour guides and operators. Every tour van and guide knew exactly where to pick us up, which made excursions super convenient. Most tour companies even use this spot as a central pickup point, so we never had to worry about getting to meeting points – they all came to us! The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the overall ambiance of the aparthotel made it feel like a home away from home. We felt safe, relaxed, and very well taken care of. In terms of value, this place is a hidden gem – you get 5-star service and comfort at a very fair price. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Marrakech.

New but very dirt

The aparthotel is new and the apartment is nicely decorated with comfortable bed and sofa. It’s also in a good location. However the apartment was very dirty and disgusting! There were long black hairs all over the cushions on the bed, the sofa, the floor and bathroom. The shower drain stinks and even after a shower has a terrible smell. The kitchen area including draining board and sink were not cleaned. Would not recommend.

Prima voor doorreis. Netjes en schoon. De staat van de appartementen is wat minder op sommige punten( stopcontacten eruit, kapptte vloer) maar personeel is vriendelijk en alles is schoon. Dicht in de buurt bij gueliz plaza.

Pourrait être beaucoup plus satisfaisant ….

Je donnerais 2 notes, 1 excellente pour l’emplacement de l’immeuble, proche de tout. 1 excellente pour la qualité de l’accueil et de service de Rhaola, et de son équipe. Dévouée, elle a pallié avec gentillesse aux manques de l’appartement. Moins bonne note pour le propriétaire à qui j’ai demandé le transfert à l’arrivée à l’aéroport, compte tenu de la difficulté à se déplacer de mon mari handicapé, jamais de réponse. J’ai du prendre un taxi, c’était complique. Aussi manque évident d’un minimum de vaisselle propre ou en état (archi usée), pas de cafetière. (Rhaola à fait le nécessaire) Car sur le site, l’option petit déjeuner possible, est obsolète. Mettre à jour tout cela. Odeur récurrente canalisation salle de douche persistante malgré l’intervention du plombier. La gentillesse et réactivité de l’équipe rattrape ses manquement mais si je devais noter la prestation du propriétaire ce serait 2 étoiles pas plus malgré l’appart sympa.

Go for it

Great modern apartment in Gueliz. Reception staff was amazing and very helpful. The only feedback is lack of adequate utensils in the kitchen.
