Highly recommend Villa Heliconia for location, amazing view of volcano, and access to nearby Los Lagos resort. The veranda and hot spring tub were amazing. Santiago was very responsive and arranged several tours for us (white water rafting; suspended bridges; zip lining). Tours picked up right at our villa but we still appreciated having a rental car.

The view is out of this world! Amazing view of the volcano and it was the most peaceful and serene surroundings. There's nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at a volcano. We loved the access to all the amenities of the Los Lagos resort too! We were so sad to leave, it did not disappoint. There wasn't anything we disliked, only wish we had booked 2 bedrooms because we are a family of 4.

We have traveled mmmmmany place. This property has taken our rating of the #1 spot!! Perhaps it’s just our taste, but the exquisite view overlooking the village and at the foot of the volcano or breathtaking. The serenity on that mountain is unequaled. I highly recommend it because it is an experience not just a place.
