The women who work here were very kind and helped us out even though we did not speak any Spanish, they were very friendly and accommodating and served delicious breakfast each morning. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again if ever in Cartagena again!

Best part of my stay was the staff. They took excellent care of me and were able to assist w services like tours, activities and dining recs. The breakfast was awesome! Fresh and delicious plus included in the stay.

I was threated with being kicked out of the hotel for reporting it ae unsafe. Then, I was "permitted" to stay another night, but purposelyfully given townels littered with ants that have wings with my soap and other items for the day... which of course I immediately threw away and sealed the bathroom window I heard someone messing with as best as I could. The following morning, I awoke to approximately 8 of these flying ants in my room (with 2 in my boots) so I was able to get that day refunded, but my cousin paid the following 2 day in cash without informing me so I need that back while I find an acceptable hotel. (I've lived here 11 months and that has never happened during rain this year or 20 years ago, so that excuse doesn't cover it, or of course the towel.)

Situé sur un boulevard très passant. Endroit vétuste. Pour le prix de la chambre on peut facilement avoir quelque chose de beaucoup mieux. Ceci dit, l’hôtel est à 2min de la plage de Bocagrande.

Location doesn't compensate for condition

Run down and tired with an electrical box hanging from a wire fully exposed 1 foot off the floor. Poor accessibility to guest rooms, unpaved walkways with gravel. Reception was swelteringly hot and incredibly cramped with room for no more than 3 people. Location was ideal but I would prefer to pay an extra $30/night to stay in an international hotel with full amenities and service.

Nice old style home close to the beach

Good central place to go everywhere, staff is great and friendly. If you are an spoiled american that likes resort type vacation? this is not for you. If you just need a clean bed and clean bath for a very reasonable price then this place is great.

Overpriced motel quality

Overpriced based on peak season price surge. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious but the place could use a new coat of paint. The location was fine, by the beach at bocagrande and 20 min walk from the old city. The biggest complaint we had was no hot water for showers... It got warm but there wasn't a way to control the temperature.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal del hotel. La habitación fue cómoda y limpia. No tuvimos problemas con conexión a internet ya que estuvimos hospedados en la habitación cercana a la recepción. En general es un buen lugar, bien ubicado y a un buen precio (comparado con los altos precios que se pueden encontrar en la misma zona en Cartagena)
