Location, view, and room plans are excellent. But, the property needs more maintenance work: plumbing (a toilet has problem with flashing), towel holder is broken in a restroom. Front desk may want to be more friendly- sometimes they just keep talking and ignoring customers. Parking team is great.

The property is huge and in a very good location just a few minutes walk to Hallandale beach . The apartments are spacious and well appointed and the reception does a pretty good job of checking in and out smoothly . The good - The property has a great pool side with a fantastic restaurant and bar service on the nineth floor . On the very sunny days it is a crowd puller and if you are late to secure a spot it is next to impossible to get one . You can walk to the good spots on the beach front as well as various shopping areas . There are lots of dining options nearby . The not so good - One lift was broken and so the remaining ones seemed to be strained by the sheer volume of people . It was not strange to wait for 10-15 minutes for a lift which is rather frustrating . There is no seperation between service lifts and the lifts for residents so there are times you are in a lift full of trolleys or maintenance equipment . I thought a dedicated service lift would have been ideal even though one of the lifts was kitted out for this . The balcony seats in our apartment were torn and therefore rendered it unusable . There signs of wear and tear in the property and the common areas don't seem to be cleaned regularly like the corridors in the upper floors. I feel like the property could do a better job on the cleanliness part. The property was good enough to give a new kettle and a toaster when we could not get the existing one to work . Overall we had a good time at the property .
