Modern nicely appointed apartment in a great location. Comfortable bed. The internet was very poor and hardly worked however that could just be the EE Wi-Fi router having a glitch. Little bit noisy in the morning due to the building works, however it was very comfortable and I slept well.

Great apartment for a short city break

Great little apartment for a short break with my wife and daughter. Close (0.5 mile) to Stratford station so very handy for central London. The apartment was clean and well presented.

The property was extremely clean and located close to shopping, train stations and bus routes. The entrance to the flat was very difficult to find due to the construction going on and the entrance was hidden. The wifi was terrible. Otherwise i will stay there again.

Check-in was confusing but a great stay.

The apartment was brilliant, large and spacious, well equipped and very clean. Like new. The only niggle was that the instructions for check-in were not clear. After that was sorted all was great.

Ideal, comfy location to Olympic Stadium

Lovely small, refinished apartment. Nice views of the river. Close to Olympic Stadium which suited us due to the gig we were attending. Small bed (standard double) but comfy. Plenty of pillow options in the wardrobe. Would definitely book again.

Hard to find - property was on a building site with access under a dark alleyway of scaffolding through metal cages to get into the building. Open the windows with beautiful views of a…. Work site. Sofa was small and uncomfortable, noises from pipework so loud. Could not sleep in this place - terrible.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They discriminated against me and my party based on age and cancelled our booking on the day of check-in, I would not recommend this place at all!

The flat itself was great but finding it and getting in the property was a nightmare and were not very helpful at first explaining where it was until I sent deposit and had to do this in the street with two cases phone wallet and bank card open

This company is terrible I am reporting them as fraud. They did not provide me the access code the date and time of my trip, and they requested for me to pay a very expensive deposit that has to be bank transfer which is impossible because I don't have a Europe bank to do direct bank transfer. And they did not provide an alternative to pay deposit, they emailed me, the night my trip started stating they will mark me as no show when they never communicated with me or replied to my email i sent them about the access code as they was supposed to before i arrived.

Dirty and poor contact.

We went for a concert, we couldn't find the property, I had to call them, it was on a work site!! Our apartment when we finally got in was filthy!!! Walls all stained and marked, filthy cream carpets, stained bed linen, dust, hair, it was disgusting. I refused to stay in there so I rang back and we were moved next door, cleaner but again not great, the room stunk as the filthy cream carpets were so dirty stained and smelly, we stayed in the lounge part. Very misleading, codes to get in were wrong, so got locked out for 45 mins, couldn't contact them!! Couldn't wait to leave tbh. Never again. The only good this was tesco was next door and it's a walk to everywhere.

This apartment is in the middle of a building site

It appears they are currently recladding the building so it’s essentially a building site. There is no front to the building you have to go through the hoardings. I tried to gain access at 6pm but had no information so I was essentially stuck, it took me 50 minutes to get in. Access information was sent 3:17am the next day, which was of no use. The fire alarm was going off and was very audible for at least 2 hours, it was then muted but still showed an active fault, I would never book an apartment again.

Frustrating when could be made easier

I had to call the accommodation line about 5 times as we were unable to get in after finally finding property the entry info came in drips and drabs and was very annoying, we were in a first floor apartment and just had loads of scaffolding all around and in walkways, the property itself was a good size but needs a few repairs on walls and fresh paint, floors not clean , only 2 dining chairs when there was 3 of us , no wifi , paying the deposit and info getting in was not easy , we found it difficult and not straight forward , no hangers in wardrobe and no pegs for coats , little annoying things that could be made easier and improve it

The state of my apartment when arrived yesterday was a disgrace not to mention it took me approximately an hour to get into the room as I was given the wrong codes to get on to the site. Please see attached images of thing that need cleaning. Coffee table full of mess from the last guest. Dirty hand print on the wall. Chewing gum on the back of the blind in the bedroom. And the worst of all the milk in the fridge for the mould to grow like that it must have been in there for a month. When the fridge is opend the smell of the apartment is unbearable. We were staying there for a week and took till Thursday for someone to even clean this. The contact phone for the property is just one more call centre that asks you to email them so he can pass the complain over.

WARNING- RUN, RUN, RUN. I am still trying to work out if this operation are scammers or just a really poorly run and poorly managed operation. They took over £1000 from me for a 7 day booking. On the day of my check in they told me the property wasn't available, then changed their mind after I'd made alternative arrangements but then said as I didn't turn up I broke their Ts and Cs so KEPT ALL OF MY MONEY, (over £1000) without me ever stepping foot on their property. They refused to talk to me because they said I didn't book directly with them but did it through Expedia (who I'm afraid don't come out of this too well either). To date they have still not given me back my money. Are they scammers or not? I don't know, do you really want to take that risk???? RUN, RUN, RUN!!!
