Below my expectations

Before I booked I usually will review other comments. In my perspective, I find it has been overrated. First of all, the service apartment operates from 9am to 7pm. If you arrives after or before, have to go through a bit of hassle. 2ndly, missing hair dryer has to make a call to manager (after 7pm) and delivery will come next day. There is no daily house keeping. And I'm surprised they don't even provide clothes hangers. As a result all my business clothes have to remind folded. Not to mention providing iron board.

No room cleaning service

We stayed for 3days . We have to clean and makeup our beds and wash dishes ourselves as stay of less than 7days has no cleaning service. So it is not a serviced apartment. The aircon has 4 zone control but not working. The first room is very cold but does not have control to turn off (unless you turn off for whole apartment). The blanket is not thick enough. Overall apartment is clean and spacious.

Excellent but........!

Excellent accommodation marred by chargeable wifi and an air conditioning system with a mind of it's own. Nowadays you get free WiFi at restaurants, shopping centers and Starbucks. To charge ten bucks a day for a hotel costing 350 dollars a day is ridiculous! The aircon system was effective if you get to work the program. Otherwise be prepared for it to blow hot air when it's warm and cold air when it's cold! Excellent but

Great location, easy access to all parts of the city. Short walk to tram station which in the green free team zone. Quiet part of the city on the Yarra River waterfront, close to Spencer St Station for train and Bus Stations, shopping, dining, attractions all close by either by walking or tram in the city or on Southbank. Pool and gym facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials although we never could get the dishwasher to work. Otherwise, the apartment was fully equipped, including full size washer and dryer. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the tram lines. All in all highly recommendable.

Was a fantastic location and handy to shops and trams and plenty of restiarants and cafes only a short walk away. Amenities such as pool and gym were good but unfortunately the spa was not working the whole 8 days we were there. Definitely recommend if your looking for apartment accommodation.
