Lucky Gem Penthouse Suites at MGM Signature offers 2 accommodations with espresso makers and a safe. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes dining tables. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 50-inch Smart televisions come with cable channels. Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip.

Whatever you do, do NOT book through a third party. If you get a wrong type of room, nobody can help you. We booked and paid for a PH suite for 5 people with a king bed and a sofa bed. We got a room with 2 queen beds, which is clearly not suitable for 5 people and one has to sleep on the floor. When approached front desk, they told only through Expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel, they were not willing to help and basically gave Expedia the runaround on how things work. Expedia was also shocked with this and the rude attitude. Not able to change room, and no extra beds available at all. So we were left in a situation, that no one is able to do nothing, and one of us has to sleep on the floor. The owning/renting system in this hotel is apparently very complex, and if there is an issue, you're screwed.

After waiting all day to check in, we get in our room and discover the shower was broken. They said they couldn’t put us in another room and gave me a number for maintenance. Called maintenance and got no answer. Ended up leaving and staying at the Wynn instead. Best decision I could have made.
