Tucked into a nice quiet street off Middleton Beach within walking distance. My children were thrilled with the two-storey unit which had a nice balcony overlooking our own private car park. The nearby Three Anchors cafe was a good option for breakfast with downtown Albany a short drive away for dinners. Access to places of interest including Emu Point, Two Peoples Bay, The Gap & Natural Bridge were short drives away. Would have been perfect if the unit had its own washing machine / dryer — I found someone’s left-behind underwear in the washing maching in the common laundry area 😄 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Great stay

Sufficient space for a family of 4. Kitchen and dining a little small, but otherwise, rooms were clean and bedsheets and towels freshly laundered. Within walking distance to Middleton Beach, which is absolutely great. No in-house washer and dryer, but there's one provided for in the common area.

Within walking distance to Middleton Beach. Lovely and comfortable house. Our TV cable connection had some issues so it was showing in black n white, minor issue but hope the property management will take note of this feedback and have it fixed.

Nice hotel located in a quiet suburb

The hotel is located in a suburb close to Middleton Beach. Although it is some distance from the city-center there are plenty of dining options close-by. The accommodation is spacious and the amenities of a high standard. We enjoyed a pleasant stay and will gladly chose Pelicans if we are in Albany again.

Pelicans Albany

Kim was very helpful made a booking for an extra night and she tried to get us into the same room for both nights when she could not she made sure the room we had to move into was ready early, and took our fridge stuff into their fridge when we went out for a trip. Very close to lovely cafes, and restaurants, and the beach.
