The location for us was perfect and so close to many different food options and shopping. The hotel was quiet. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Also the staff were lovely

No aircon in bedrooms

No air conditioning in the bedrooms. This is a major issue in summer. The apartment was in dire need of an update and nothing like the one in the photographs. We moved to another property around the corner which was so much better for a lower price. I stay in the Valley regularly and won’t be staying at this property again.

Great place to stay close to Fortitude Valley

Always a great place to stay when visiting Brisbane. Very close to Fortitude Valley. Pig and Whistle pub is across the road. A good cafe on the ground floor and another one across the road. Easy to get to Queen Street Mall on foot or using an e-scooter.

Excellent value for money apartment.

Great spacious apartment (2bed, 2bath) with a sunny patio (no view but great space). Very convenient location. Helpful reception and easy, safe parking (extra $25/night).

The air conditioning system was dirty and had mould growing in and needs a clean/service. Only 1 a/c unit in the main area and can't reach the bedroom or bathroom. A/c struggled to cool the whole unit down. Taps sit lose on the basin and are not fixed. Other than a couple of maintenance issues they need to fix the place was ok. The staff were great.

Property was in reasonable condition and the location was ok. The bathroom had not been cleaned fully tho (there was a massive clump of hair in the shower) and the back of the tv in the room as well as the remote had about a inch of dust on it.

Recommend this as a great hotel to stay

Great location, great property. The atrium was a little noisy but any bursts of noise didn't last long as it was generally people coming and going from the lifts. We didn't need to invoke the 'quiet' policy by calling the manager but I'm certain they would have addressed it promptly as it was quite obvious from all signage and notices that they took quiet living seriously.
