Check-in instructions were very easy to follow, very comfortable beds all with a ceiling fan and a stunning view off the balcony where you can watch some golf and enjoy the scenery. Check out was very easy, overall a great experience.

Courtney was very welcoming- stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Very clean and suited us perfectly, used the kitchen for breakfast only. Heaps of storage and the washer/dryer got well used. Location is handy, 20 mins and you are at Broadbeach or 10 to Robina Town Centre. Definitely will stay again if back on the coast.

The property was very clean and furnished beautifully, everything was very new. The gardens were lovely and the view over the lake and golf course was amazing. The staff were welcoming and it was easy to communicate and parking great with one car park provided and easy to get a park with our second car out front. We took Uber's to surfers paradise which was about $20, very reasonable for 4 adults. All-in-all a great stay!

Great place to stay. Some things need to be upgraded but otherwise a great place to stay. Its a serviced apartment so you dont have 24 hour management which is expected. However they do give you contact numbers to call them for urgent issues. Will definitely stay here again

Signature waterfront apartments is a beautiful place to stay, it’s quiet and picturesque, parking is good, rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but certainly comfortable and efficient. We had everything we needed for a 12 night stay. Brian was very kind and told us everything we need to know. We were upgraded to the top floor so had a beautiful view of the lake and golf course and mountains beyond that. We will be bookmarking this property and will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!
