Great.

Great spot. Clean, comfortable good location. Great coffee in the lobby. Walk to all kinds of things easily. Walls sound a little on the thin side. Has a bit of a hostel vibe, work apartment. Maybe not a choice for a romantic getaway. But a perfect spot if you're just traveling and need a clean safe nice place to sleep. Online photos are accurate. Would recommend.

It's a good place to stay. It has a great coworking space for guests and a bakery in the first floor. The room we stayed in was not big, it had a very small kitchen on the hall in front of the bathroom and next to the bedroom

Other than not receiving my precheckin messages everything was perfect. The location is perfect. So close to the action yet very quiet street. The front desk staff were great. The apartment was very clean and everything (beds etc) in great condition. I stay at a Wynwood property in CDMX whenever I go and am always happy with my stays

Excellent choice

Good location just 3 blocks from the beginning of the tourist section and close to a major supermarket. Serviceable kitchen, nothing fancy but I made several meals. Plenty of space to relax. Front desk was very nice.

If you are coming from North America, it’s a good price. Nice building and rooms, decent amenities for South American standards. I’m giving it 2 stars, because it has terrible sound proof walls, you can hear your neighbours talking and laughing as if they were right there with you. You cannot rest as you hear your two neighbours from each end talking and watching movies. If this issue gets addressed this hotel can go up to a 4 to a 5 star review.

Fantastic location. Easy checkin. Kind staff at the door. However. Despite daily emails asking if there is anything they could do for you in the stay, their email inbox was full so my messages could not get through. There was a kitchen with basic items. All the plates and bowls were dirty. This includes both grease and food residue stuck to the items. There was no dish soap on arrival, so not sure how they cleaned them between visits. What likely happened is the previous occupants just rinsed the items with water and stacked them back in the cupboard and it was left unchecked. Staff on site were pleasant, but they’re not the ones you would ask for anything. I think these are 3rd party apartment rentals.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in Bogota, it does not meet basic services such as having water. I rented it for 5 nights and 4 had problems with the water. The reception staff lied, saying it was a problem with the Mayor's Office, however, all the surrounding buildings did have water. When the water finally arrived it came out brown, very very unpleasant and unhealthy. When the water finally arrived it was only cold. There was never hot water. Another big problem is that I asked for a towel change and they told me it cost 10 dollars. This is the first hotel that charges me 10 dollars to change a towel. They sell it to you as a hotel service but they don't clean it either. Please read this, don't stay here. I have been a gold level on Expedia for years and it really is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the world. Expedia please do something and remove it from your network.
