A great experience starting with the very helpful and friendly Elif. She gave great instructions prior to arriving, showing how to enter the accommodation and the room. The room was spacious and very clean. I would recommend this place highly.

Well located and very comfortable. Efil was the most lovely host. The apartment is well furnished in a modern/industrial trend. All very clean and with some beverages as courtesy for the guest. All went really well. You can take the ferry, tram or metro to go everywhere.

Everything was so easy and simple! Great communication beforehand so it was quick to get into the hotel and room with the detailed email providing the codes. Only issue I would note is some mold growing in the corners of the bathroom near the shower. Otherwise was super clean and such a lovely place to stay! Great location as well! Nice Room in Great Location

Nice modern room with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and there is a lift in the building that took us up to the fourth floor. We stayed four nights and found the location fantastic for visiting the main attractions. I much preferred being in the Karaköy area to avoid the hustle/bustle of the main tourist bits with Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque. A big plus was the nearby restaurants/bars/dessert shops that were really good quality and value. Transport to all the main attractions was convenient, I'd recommend the tram and it was super cheap.

Location location location!

Location location location! Stayed four nights and this was an excellent base for touring in Istanbul. We walked almost everywhere - about 30 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Tram was conveniently close for rainy days. We had expected a slightly more luxurious hotel and this was not luxurious, but it was comfortable enough and we appreciated having a washing machine. Elif was so helpful with communication about checking in, and local tips, including where to get groceries.

The property has a trendy authenticity and very comfortable to stay. All the amenities required are in the rooms with great wifi and a lift. It is very close to walkable water side restaurants and cafes, rooftop bars, transport such as metro or ferry with easy access across to the Asian side and Sultanahmet’s mosques and bazaars. Elif was very good at communicating everything you need to know about your stay and responsive to your needs. I was unwell during my stay and Elif and her teamlooked after me very well.

An enjoyable apartment in the heart of karikoy, the best neighborhood for a tourist in Istanbul. Apartment was spacious and clean. However, it lacks storage, especially for longer stays, doesn’t come with much in way of supplies. couch was damaged and stained, and AC needed repair. The biggest drawback is that it is right next to a mosque, and you will be woken up every morning by the muzzein. That being said, I can still recommend the place overall.
