Was staying for a football match at Turf Moor and this venue is well located for that purpose. Budget accommodation at a fair price

The bed must be changed

The low rating is entirely due to the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was very soft and "wobbly," and I did not get much sleep over two nights. Otherwise, the place was okay, given the price. One positive was the access to a fully equipped kitchen.

Clean and in a good location. Very professional communication. The WiFi is almost non existent. Had to send emails and had terrible challenge. Extremely poor signal.

My son and I were there for the football at Turf Moor, the property is in a great location for the football ground and the amenities in the town centre. The twin room was very clean, comfortable and the facilities great. I was able to park outside the building. It was fantastic value for money and I will certainly look to stay there again if I should return to Burnley as I live in Cornwall.

Nice stay

Close to the town centre and Turf moor, the football stadium of Burnley FC. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy too! Will stay here again if I come to Burnley.

We generally enjoy our stays here it’s a great idea and although we generally think it could be executed slightly better we wouldn’t normally advise against staying there. However the mattress in the corner in room 10 was really not for me at all. Really struggled to sleep in it. Does this mean I won’t return? No it doesn’t because it’s a great idea in a perfect location but I will look at other options first

We stayed here due to close proximity to the football ground. Very easy communication to get lock codes for door etc. will stay again

Not super clean

Check in was ok but you need to get the keypad number - there is no front desk. Room was not very clean, spots on the sheets, the toilet had not been cleaned. There was also no soap at the sink. Very bare bones, which is ok, but not clean enough. Would not recommend.
