Great place to stay it’s like a mini apartment. Fully equipped with kitchen microwave and fridge. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Rio this has been the best. WiFi works well too. If you have issues you message 360 via WhatsApp and they solve the problems and help fast.

Central location , metro very close takes you in 20 minutes to Copacabana or any other beaches. Top security in the building itself . Apartment near new , huge with a sea view , comfortable bed , hot water . Elevators fast and reliable . I will back here for next Carnaval

A very nice place in a great location. It's very clean and has all the conveniences. And it's close to the center of the city. The issue I had is they didn't send me the code to enter my room before I arrived. I couldn't reach them via email or watsapp, only a phone call worked (and the responder only spoke Portuguese).

I will never book with you again. Booked for 2 weeks & was told I was supposed to make a tiny round of soap & 1 role of toilet paper last 2 weeks. Also no garbage or garbage cans provided. No changing of towels. Never provided a fitted sheet even though it was promised. No proper wifi connection mostly with the in room T.V. Unhelpful staff over whatsapp. Also was somehow constantly had mosquitos in my room even though my window was never open and my room was up on a high floor. Room was nice enough. Bed is cheap & hard.

IT OPERATES DIFFERENT FROM A HOTEL

When you come into the space it's more like an apartment and operate as so then a hotel. The people in the reception area and security are excellent and without their help this would have been difficult. The good, the internet was very good and the amenities were great. The downside is that there is no room service unless you pay an extra $30-$40. This means that you will have to clean your own space and buy your own tissue and cleaning supplies. Is one of the few places that you can rent that has a microwave so that was a plus security is excellent. Most of your instructions are online and won't be clear unless you use a translator because it's written in Portuguese or unless your language is good like that. The place overall is clean and it's a nice chill-out spot taking into account the negatives I pointed out. Now that I know what to expect it's a place that I would go back to if the price is right.

Muchos turistas vamos de vacaciones y en la maleta metemos los mejores outfits, nos bañamos, nos perfumamos y nos cambiamos para lucir el atuendo, el terrible detalle malo es que no tiene un espejo de cuerpo completo, no podíamos vernos para ver cómo lucíamos antes de salir del hotel. Siento que es un detalle muy muy importante considerar tener espejos, así podemos ver cómo nos vemos desde nuestro punto de vista

Entrada segura com reconhecimento facial, quarto muito espaçoso, completo e mobiliado com itens de qualidade. Ponto negativo é área com moradores em situação de rua e o fato de não ter estacionamento e onkais próximo 24h, ficar a 2 quarteirões e custar 75. Mas, a propriedade é bem organizada com funcionários gentis e o quarto é lindo e completo.

A estadia foi boa. O estúdio é bem bonito, amplo e limpo, com vista linda para o Cristo Redentor. Prédio bem localizado, em frente a entrada dos bondes que vão para Santa Tereza. Possui estilo moderno, tecnológico e confortável. Em relação ao estúdio disponibilizado para mim, achei algumas manchas de mofo no rejunte do banheiro, na parte do banho, uma vez que o exaustor não estava funcionando. As pilhas do controle da tv estavam fracas e por vezes não funcionava para ligar e desligar a tv, além disso a coberta da cama precisa ser trocada, uma vez que apresentava bolinhas de tecido gasto, acho que por causa de muitas lavagens. Além disso, reservei estúdio com varanda e o nosso não tinha. No mais, uma boa hospedagem.

Atendimento espetacular das pessoas, porem apartamento com varios problemas, chuveiro desregulado ( nos limpamos), cama dura com um buraco, para 9 dias nos deixaram apenas 1 toalha para cada um e 2 rolos de papel higiênico, entrei em contato e faltou atenção da equipe. nessa categoria de apartamento esperávamos um pouco mais de cuidado, 2 andar, extremamente barulhento, de fundos dá direto aos exaustores dos comercios locais

Infelizmente o check in foi confuso e desorganizado, depois de uma espera de mais de 40 minutos. A limpeza do box do banheiro deixou muito a desejar. A qualidade do chuveiro é péssima. Falta um espelho no quarto. O ar condicionado é muito bom e a cama também. Voltaria mas precisam melhorar o banheiro urgente.
