Very nice hotel for a family

Very confortable room, the staff were really nice. Hotel is near to a metro station, there is some markets, restaurants and a MacDonnalds nearby. Good place for a family travel.

Family weekend in Paris.

The apartment was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help. Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments. The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.

Bed Bugs!

I stayed at the apartments for a business trip. The first night I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep but couldn't work out why. By the second night I realised that the bed was covered in bed bugs! I have been bitten all over my body which is very uncomfortable. I spoke to the man on reception and he couldn't care less about the situation. I am furious with the customer service. Avoid this hotel!!

Works in a pinch, avoid if you want anything nice

This place is literally disintegrating. Our room had many parts made from particle board. It had clearly gotten wet and was just falling apart. The layout was nice and the idea is sound but the condition is shotty at best. The condition would have been disappointing at any price. Of course, being in Paris, the price is high and the value is in the location, not the room. Having said that, the hotel doesn't have much to recommend it. If you are in a pinch, Iike we were, then it will be fine. If you are expecting anything other than disappointment then keep looking.

Ni douche, ni, télévision et chauffage nul

La douche ne marchait pas, n’a pas été réparée, alors que je l’ai signalé le matin du premier jour très tôt. Il faisait très froid dans la salle de bains. Et la télévision d’ne marchait pas, et l’hôtel n’avait pas de piles neuves à mettre dans la télécommande !!!!

Hôtel proche du parc des expositions et du Dôme de Paris Calme et confortable Là kitchenette est bien équipée. Parfait pour nous. Possibilité de boire une boisson chaude gratuitement à toute heure. Nous avons apprécié.
