Loved our stay at Cottage Cut Villas! It had everything we needed, kitchen with supplies, the deck with amazing water access. Close to water taxi and grocery store, Hooper’s Bay. We definitely would stay here again! Highly recommend this property!!

Family Oasis

Family-friendly in every way, off the beaten path, quiet, secluded piece of AMAZING!! Had everything we needed, and right on the water, with a small "aquarium" that entertained my 10yr old for hours. I will stay here again, and again, and again!!

Overall, the property was conveniently located, quite, and peaceful. The private beach was a plus. Easy access to Georgetown, Little Exuma, grocery stores, and Browns Marina. My biggest suggestion is to move the sign on the street to the entrance of the property. The sign directs you to a horrible, horrible unpaved road that was difficult to drive! Please move the sign! A solid B property.

We love staying at Cottage Cut Villas. This was our second time in Exuma and both times we stayed here. Close to everything. The villa is large and very roomy great for families. There is a private beach that is quiet. The owner and property manager are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access and onsite parking and laundry.

A Taste of Home and Heaven

Cottage Cut Villas was exceptional in location and amenities. Having a huge deck and access to a beach just yards from the villa was amazing. I felt so a home, especially having a fully equipped kitchen. Able to relax and take in the breathtaking sunrises. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend Cottage Cut Villas.

Awesome!

Great location only five minutes to Georgetown. I would highly recommend that you stay here. They have a boat dock so you can dock your boat if you're renting from one of the agencies that lets you keep it overnight. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but honestly, not bad. The property is located on a beautiful calm beach. It has everything you'll need to spend a few days or longer. The owners are incredibly nice just like everyone else on the island. Book this place and don't look back!

we stayed at house #2 for 10 days,it couldn't have been better.the house is well maintained,well stocked with towels the kitchen has all you need for preparing meals,the location is exceptional,right on a beach with chairs and a hamac on the water.it has a brand new flat screen TV. The only complain would be that the internet is unreliable works most of the time but not all the time. you definitly need a car to stay there.

The privacy & the view are what we enjoyed the most. Very clean. The back porch is where we spent most of our time. Had to buy our own toiletries (shampoo/soap) because the property only provided body lotions. The private road leading to the villas was pretty rough. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Overall, we loved the property. It’s definately very spacious, clean, met with charlene the property manager and she was very nice. They offer kayaks in the front, laundry room on premises. Two things I have to say: WI FI works only in one of the bedrooms (closer to the middle of the entire property), and there was a mice problem. We have seen a couple of mouses and my gf was really freaking out entire time we were there and did not sleep well at night ( mice poops were on our night stand). Management told us that there was never a problem there before but how would I know - it was my first and last time staying there. Nothing was done about this issue and nobody even tried reaching out to us.

Cottage Cut Villas are not connected town homes. You are in a home separate from other guests with plenty of privacy. The villas are steps away from a sandy beach to swim, snorkel or go boating in. The only negative is the mosquitoes, but this is what you sign up for when you are right next to the water. Bring mosquito spray to make your stay more enjoyable. It's worth it!
