Don't be fooled by the photos on the internet. This facility doesn't look like those photos. The apartment was merely superficially clean. Mold/mildew in the bathroom shower grout, spider/cob webs behind the bathroom door, all vents were really cruddy/dirty - looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, lamp shades were peeling. Two redeeming values: the apartment had a washer and dryer and the bed was comfortable.

Oasis on fringe of Brisbane

We booked this apartment based on previous reviews. It is on the fringe of Brisbane , an oasis amongst the bussell of noise and people. It is in a hilly district so be prepared to work those legs and calves when walking into the city. The apartment itself is ok. It could do with a spring clean. Blanket was a little stained. The carpet areas should be tiled in my opinion for easy cleaning. It has a full size cooker. dishwasher (leaked) washing machine etc which was handy. Block has a small pool and a secure parking area. There are no lifts and as our apartments was 3rd floor it made it difficult to lug 2 large suitcases up. I would definitely ask for ground floor if I came again. Manageress was helpful

Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out.

I would strongly recommend staying here if you ever feel like a change from living in motels or hotels. It's always nice to have a kitchen and washing facilities of your own and you get what you pay for.

Check in was great. The room was good value and had everything we wanted. Only thing was when out on the front balcony there was alot of nail clippings! We stood on. The water pressure was non existent in all the taps and the wifi signal was weak and the tv wasnt connecting to it. Overall we were happy with our stay but just a few things to figure out.

Lovely apartment but is getting tired. Room not prepared properly. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival and despite having paid for additional person at time of booking, reception tried to charge more. Sofa bed was filthy with leaves under mattress, was full of hairs and stained. Fortunately two sets of sheets eventually provided and us cleaning it, made it bearable. Cutlery drawers filthy - had to wash it and cutlery before use. Handles and hinges of cupboards damaged. Insufficient crockery and cooking pans (no lids) and nothing suitable for using microwave. However it was spacious. Set out in lovely grounds with great pool and bbq. Parking was covered and v secure. Great location. CBD easily reached on foot within 15 minutes walk. If room had been clean and prepared properly, it would have a 5 Star rating. Shame that it was let down by above. Would stay again.

Unfortunately this place isn’t the greatest. It needs some work to spruce it up. The shower was dirty and basically just a dribble. The couch was also dirty and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and also uncomfortable and the place was quite dusty. The TV also constantly kept cutting out and you had to log in again. Good location though.

Property overall was good but I did have a 2 bedroom apartment booked for the nite (booked over 4 mo this in advance) and when we rocked up I was told we couldn't have the 2 bedroom apartment I booked and had to have 2 seperate small rooms. Wasn't happy.
