Nice view of the river from the balcony

We were upgraded to a higher larger unit facing the river as the air con of the apartment building was been upgraded. Thought without air con and with fan, the higher unit is breezy. The only faulty thing in the unit is that the common bathroom door is spoilt. Once closed, the door cannot be opened from inside and can only be opened by someone outside. This is very dangerous if you are alone at home! Brought up this matter to the reception but it was not repaired. So everytime we showered we dare not close the door and have to leave a gap open!

Worst stay ever

Washing dryer was having problem, lady boss did not even bother to come n check, only asked me to resolve myself. Secondly their ceramic bowl in poor quality makes me stained the dining table , still got the cheek to deduct aud 150 from my account without my knowledge without checking with us why n what causes it! They simply deduct from our card automatically while we're on board on plane! After touching down n saw the the transaction, I called up to them trying to explain, they don't even bother to hear, just put everything in guest's fault n refuse to return the 150 they deducted! Thirdly, their jacuzzi facility which they had, is so dirty n milky! Got a shock in my life upon entering thinking of having a dip! Gosh! This is the worst stay I ever had, worse then a 3 star apartment! Black inn!!!

The location was rather isolated without your own car, the traffic noise on the tenth floor was very loud, unit needed a deep clean, a water leak in the bathroom was not fixed in the week we were there. Instructions for the stove top and oven are needed. The aircon and oven are on the same circuit, with a switch to have one. Apartments on the river side would probably been a lot quieter.

When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and still had hair in the shower, we only received 2 toilet rolls for the whole weekend and no one was at front desk all weekend so we couldn’t get more. The place just wasn’t clean, but the location was perfect .

We didn’t like how our room was upgraded at the last minute and we lost a bed and the only way we could have got another bed was by paying money for one. We didn’t like also that we were not notified or even told about a deposit fee till we got there so had to find money before checking in.
