The cabin we stayed in was a charming, rustic retreat with two floors. Surrounded by lush trees and vibrant flowers, it was the perfect setting to unwind. One of the thoughtful touches was the breakfast delivery the night before, which allowed us to enjoy it whenever we pleased. The breakfast selection was generous, and the staff were warm and accommodating. We also appreciated the traditional meals served at the nearby restaurant, which were cooked to perfection.

This is a good place to stay. Clean and nice, big cabins in a cozy property. Pros: Helpful staff, well equipped rooms and cereal & toasts breakfast. Cons: No 24hrs front desk and no convinces stores walking distance. Acceptable beds in a cabin well equipped, the hotel has a restaurant, the only walkable option, but the zone has great restaurants if you go by car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. It is a little away from the downtown area where many of restaurants are located; but there is a restaurant inside the hotel where you can have local food.

The sweetest place

This place is so cute and cozy. The food is delicious. The staff is so sweet! They arranged taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. The Wi-Fi is bad toward the further away cabanas, so might not be an idea location if you have to work. The food at the restaurant is excellent! Tours also pick up from this location.

Lovely quaint stay

What a great place to stay. Front desk staff was Welcoming informative and helpful. We were allowed to check in early. Our cabin was quality clean and well So tan Ed. There was an upper balcony with a door, a lower deck on the front facing the afternoon sun. Bedrooms are up some tight stairs. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Shower had hot hot generous water. Breakfast was generous and allowed us to use some of it to make snack sandwiches for our day out. It is a bit of a walk from town, 2k walk from the bus station (or 8000ar peso cab ride). There is a shorter walk to a bakery/cafe and to the shoreline. There is a small restaurant cafe on site. We had two early morning departures but waited less than 5 min for a cab to arrive. I would recommend staying here. The hosts were delightful.

1. Mattress is out of shape and old, it's very uncomfortable to sleep on it. 2. Bath towels are very old and in bad shape, need replacements. 3. Internet service is poor in the cabin. 4. Breakfast service was unexpected, served the night before in the cabin.

Beautiful little hideaway

The grounds are beautiful, bursting with flowers that are clearly well tended to. Room itself has nice charm and a beautiful view of the lake. We arrived extremely late due to a flight delay, but we were met by a member of their staff who drove to the hotel after midnight to check us in. They also reached out to arrange our airport pickup, which was really appreciated. Staff was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast delivery is to your door the night before, nice touch. We walked into town in about 30 minutes using the low road by the riverside, which we enjoyed. My only complaint is that the water sometimes worked in our unit, and sometimes didn’t come out of the taps at all. We didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff so I’m not sure if there was anything they could do to fix it.

Excelente el trato del personal del hotel (Marcos y Veronica) nos apoyaron en pedir taxis o como le llaman en esa parte de La Argentina Remises. El desayuno que te brinda el hotel muy completo y apropiado para iniciar el día. La vista al Lago Argentino es impresionante.

Muito limpo, pessoas que trabalham no hotel são muito receptivas. Chalé muito aconchegante. Café da manhã ok. Cozinha super equipada, só estava com a porta do armário quebrada. Fica uns 20 minutos de caminhada do centro, mas ok. Muito silenciosa.

Espaço amplo com camas confortáveis nos quartos e muito aquecimento. Tudo limpo e organizado. Recepção sempre disposta a ajudar. O café poderia ter uns pães e bolos mais saborosos e diversificados, mas estava ok. Fica um pouco distante da área central, mas tem restaurante no hotel. Ainda assim, recomendaria alugar um carro.Voltaria com certeza

Buen hotel puede mejorar

Buen hotel, sin embargo tiene algunas cosas cosas que podría mejorar, el wifi fue muy malo, era difícil tener una buena conexión, los colchones de las camas eran duros, en lo personal no me gustan las camas duras, falta mejorar el pan del desayuno (estaba duro). El hotel estaba limpio, la atención del personal excelente y muy amables siempre, la vista al lago muy bonita.
