The place was nice and clean. Large enough space for my trip. Easy to access the location. Love that its close enough to Walking street but far enough to not hear. I would recommend for anyone who doesnt want to be in a hotel.

I had a lovely stay. good location. It was quiet. landlord very responsive. many local stores and market and food stalls at a walking distance. the famous be thanh market is also a walking distance if u like walking. less than 10 mins walk to Bui vien Street "Western Street" for a vibrant nightlife and a sleepless spot for tourist. so many many places to go nearby cafe apartment not too far either and many many many more. so in my experience it was a pleasant stay and perfect location for those visiting hcmc district 1⭐️
