We really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have laundry and a kitchen after lots of traveling. Our only complaint is the bed was rock solid.

Best ever in Vietnam

This is the best place I stayed at in Vietnam District one very close to everything very convenient very clean the apartment that I have was very, very nice. I enjoyed it a lot. I will always be staying at this apartments when I get to Vietnam I would recommend it to everybody.

Right in the busy economically dynamic downtown of HCM within walking distance of a park, museum of Vietnam Remnants. Clean apartment and the manager was immediately responsive when we showed up for check-in. Recommended if you need to be in downtown.

Better than expected

First time renting an apartment for my stay in Vietnam. It was better than I expected. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living space. Easy to find and access plus good location. Close walk to walking street. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something different than a hotel.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We had three apartments for three couples and we all enjoyed our stay. The furniture could have been more comfortable but it was very good value for the cost.

Do not book if you value sleep. The bed is very uncomfortable. It is rock hard platform. The apartment was not as clean. Be sure to purchase extra toilet paper for the apartment. Otherwise the location is great. The two bed room and living area was spacious for my family of four. Would not book here again only because of the uncomfortable bed. Also the check in process is not smooth. Preferred if property manager provided the apartment access sooner than waiting in the lobby to be contacted.

Soho in HCM not recommended

Soho is in a fair distance to walking street and a lot of shopping locations in a walking distance , it’s used to be cleaner and more organized but it’s neglected from the owners of the property at soho not from Otis . Property was not clean , some have microwave some don’t some have dishes some don’t I had only two fork and one knife one cup and one wall no cleaning supply knives, spoons only one knives and a cleaver and all utensils was not washed. Was not cleaned , no toilet paper no trash bags. It was horrible. I could’ve stayed in a hotel about the same price and get someone at least to clean my room for me every day.

Our room was ok, bed was somewhat comfortable. There was a horrible stench that was coming from the bathroom drains that made us feel sick. It was like raw sewage. For a serviced apartment it wasn’t well serviced. Only 2 towels, no bath mats or face towels. Partly used 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The building its self was relatively new and modern. It’s obvious there are multiple owners for apartments so each experience will be different from one to another. No breakfast or dining available but 7 Eleven and familymart just around the corner.

This agency has over 50 apartments in the building so the pictures you see might not be what you actually find. Our apartment was clean and the location is pretty good but it didn’t look anything like the pictures, it was not decorated, there were random holes in the walls, no door or curtain on the shower etc. Overall our stay was fine but the pictures are definitely misleading.

Terrible apartment with no built in cooking facilities, got ripped off by them as they sell us this apartment by putting pictures of the kitchen from the hotel nearby, had to vacate the apartment next day with no refund as the option for it had expired. They gave us a stem cooker, which was of no use, the tv was not working as it kept saying no signal always. Highly not recommended at all.They contact lady was so rude on the phone that she hanged the phons also. 0 STARS. PLEASE EVERYONE DONOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. VERY POOR PLACE

There were many positives with this property. It was within walking distance of many local attractions, there was lots of good food options nearby, staff were very friendly and they had laundry. What wasn’t great was the communication, we had to download another app to communicate. We were only there for two nights, but there was very little supply of toilet paper and when I inquired they responded saying it was an apartment and not a hotel, so they would only supply for a fee. That was odd and quite inconvenient given that stores don’t sell single roles and we were there for a short stay. Upon leaving I looked under the beds to make sure we weren’t missing anything and there were lots of dust bunnies, it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

ベトナムでホテルはごく一部以外は高さが低いのですがこちらのホテル？はコンドミニアムのようで高さもあり景色が綺麗で良かったです。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて調理器具や電子レンジもありました。なかでも洗濯機はとても便利でした。どうしても暑いため汗をかくので、衣類をそのままにしとくのも嫌ですしすごい助かりました。
